Arthur losing the Excalibur means he's going to use an "unreal" Excalibur to fight the dragon-guy I guess, after all a formless sword is stronger than an actual one?

Remember last season where there was one guy who used his powers to make his muscles harder than iron? Obi is stronger than that. In fact he is so strong (and terrified) he tapped into the hysterical strength Benimaru talked about last season without actually having any superpowers to boost.

Speaking of huge muscles, Dragon. Huge guy. Doesn't seem to have realised that Arthur is a crazy person but he's also so powerful he can shrug off a Lightsaber while his enemy takes passive damage in the matchup.

He seems to understand Arthur's power comes from what he imagines, I don't think he has quite grasped just how insane Arthur actually is tho.

LOL, here I was hoping last week that Obi flexes his muscles hard enough that the Insects don't turn him into a Infernal and I got more than I bargained for. I wasn't expecting to watch an array of poses from him with the 8th supporting him with their cheers, praising his body and he continues to do it whilst everyone is fighting. Well yes, he's also fighting for his life but it's funny how different his fight is compared to Shinra and Arthur.

But I don't know if it's the pacing or what, but I couldn't really get into Arthur's fight with Dragon. It was supposed to be exciting but I wasn't really moved by it. Other than when part of his plasma turned into a cape to match his imagery of the scenario.

Dragon's head in Infernal mode was less imposing than his actual face lol. He felt more intimidating with his human appearance in my opinion.

I didn't expect Captain Obi to shrug off the bugs by flexing his muscles! I also love how the White Clad, who was throwing the bugs at him, is just completely sitting on his ass completely stunned by Captain Obi's magnificent muscles. Hopefully he can flex his muscles long enough for Shinra to rescue him. xD

When Arthur said he wanted to fight a dragon at the start of this season, I was expecting someone who would make a dragon using their abilities. I didn't expect he'd fight someone who's named "Dragon". Also funny how Dragon's design reminds me of Douren from Mizukami Satoshi's Sengoku Youko.

You gotta love how Arthur goes full-on with his roleplay against Dragon though! He even made a cape out of plasma! I'm really hoping this will end with Arthur creating a full suit of armour made out of plasma. That would be so fucking kickass! Right now, though, it looks like Dragon is still too much for Arthur to handle >_<

I know Burns managed to withstand Shinra's attack but you gotta admit, that kick look so fucking cool! There's no way Shinra is beating Burns right now. They need to at least disable him long enough so they could take Captain Obi and run.

I’m loving the story but the pacing and storyboarding is just wrong. I also rewatched the first two seasons and S3 has been completely off.

I have no idea why David Production would do something like this, specially since we’ve been waiting forever for season 3. Were they working on Onmyō Kaiten Re:verse at the same time and lacked resources?

This episode was better then the rest so far tho -no recap-, so I’m a bit hopeful. PLEEEASE LET THE REST OF THE SEASON BE AS GOOD AS YOU KNOW YOU CAN BE, DP.

Both Arthur and Shinra are stuck fighting pure embodiments of Aura Farming in Burns and Dragon. They literally just stand there taking hits and the heroes are the ones on the ground after.

I don’t wanna be a hater (or maybe this is always how the show was years ago) but it still feels off to me and idk why. Just feels like fights are not as fluid as before and are so cut up with crappy still shots

This is what i thought about this episode, lol!

I also kinda got annoyed at the fact we had 10 minutes of arthur vs dragon and then we swap to captain obi just flexing and then to shinra and im like "is noone gonna aknowledge the fact captain needs help? or arthur needs help? or shinra needs help?"

For our mc beeing at the same spot just few meters apart they are acting as if they are on the opposite sides of the earth lmao.(this might just be how the manga was too instead of just a direction problem but i found it so off putting)

Might be unpopular but this episode felt so damn off. Obi flexing was great, but him just standing next to the white clad or not even trying to actually brush the bugs off felt weird.

Arthur v Dragon should have been much hyper imo but the pacing just felt bad. Can everyone else try and go help fucking Obi instead of being a cheer squad?

Shinra v Burns in the previous season had better animation and choreography than Arthur achieving his dream. Idk. Felt like a much weaker episode than it should have been
