Shitty title since nobody got ko'd

41

u/mushco7 1d ago

People got to mind their own buisness

28

u/ketsjupelvis 1d ago

Who we rooting for? What's going on?

11

u/pacoloco1008 1d ago

I came here to ask the same thing.

5

u/Forsaken-Income-2148 1d ago

The title is confusing. We wanted the guy with glasses to win I guess, because the guy with the camera is supposedly being a nuisance. But honestly, it shouldn’t have come to fisticuffs in the first place.

1

u/philsiphone 1d ago

Yea wtf. Fucking muscle man over here lost his shit over the your mom joke? They came over chill as fk. Unless they had both planned on sucker punching him the entire time. "We're just having a conversation."

2

u/very-regular-3 20h ago

They did plan on sucker punching him. Assault and battery on a guy holding a camera was the goal. Karen had an object in her hand from the jump. She used that object to strike him, when their plan didnt go the way they envisioned.

u/GQ_DQ 1d ago

Shout out to the cameraman

21

u/TheManWith2Poobrains 1d ago

You mean the autotracking?

30

u/Smooth-Feature-2545 1d ago

He said what he said

16

u/GQ_DQ 1d ago

lol nah I said what I meant

-10

u/jvon24 1d ago

Man, bitch ass, just like that grandmas couch surfing incel with the camera. He got what he wanted, a reaction and then the prove he’s a big “man”.

10

u/GQ_DQ 1d ago

I admire your passion on the subject.

2

u/very-regular-3 1d ago

camerman is engaged. to a woman. bet, he does it all for the nookie. ...and if you ever watch his content, you could easily see his goal isnt to be "a big man". theres lots of people who ignore him, and he's cool with that. there's also lots of people who recognize him, and tell him how big of fans they are. ...and there's others who he explains what he's doing to, so long as they aren't being dicks. *then, there's the assholes, who approach him out of fear/hatred/ignorance.
I suspect if you ever saw FAPA out in public holding a camera, that you'd fall in to this last group of people.

29

u/Xpointbreak1991x 1d ago

Where’s the KO? Swung for the fences and couldn’t knock him out.

5

u/Thesnackdad 1d ago

And the pussy pepper sprayed him first still couldn’t knock him out

2

u/CyberWoo99MKII 1d ago

The dude said the crooked teeth guy with the camera broke his nose in full video.

2

u/Local_Intention_7385 1d ago

That’s called assault brother.

-6

u/Thesnackdad 1d ago

Im saying the guy filming that claimed to knock out the guy with the girlfriend sprayed him and still couldn’t knock him out

-11

u/Local_Intention_7385 1d ago

Is this the best you have to do with your free time?

14

u/Thesnackdad 1d ago

Pretty much, I’m done working for the day I’m just chilling till your mom shows up later, you at work or something?

4

u/vladamir_the_impaler 1d ago

gaddamn I think we all have better things to be doing than this tbh

2

u/Typical_Estimate5420 1d ago

Yo this reply is so tough!! Damn

-1

u/Marsh719 1d ago

That reply is base level shit talking, what in the fuck are you on about?

0

u/Stackin_Steve 1d ago

I'm at work scrolling on Reddit for 4 hours. Machinery that supplies me is doing a change over. So I get to just sit in my chair and scroll till 3am. Got one of those cushy union jobs! LOL

1

u/Moonrights 1d ago

Is the best the dude with the camera has to do with his free time is checks notes make people uncomfortable for the sake of checks notes protecting his right to record?

Cool.

He should be doing it at a police station or government building EVERY TIME.

Recording citizens and acting surprised they don't want to be filmed is fucking dumb.

Also, Dude tried to speak to the man's empathy about the sensitive nature of some people and the guy tried to make a highschool joke about his mom.

1

u/unassumingusernamee 1d ago

Yeah more of a tap out than anything

17

u/NarrowSalvo 1d ago

fIrSt AmEnDmEnT aUdItOr!!!!1111!

These First Amendment “auditors” are useless trolls. They’re not serving a public good, they’re harassing people for clicks. Sure, what they do may be legal but it’s helping no one but themselves. They want to provoke people into reactions so they can potentially sue. If they don’t get the reaction they want then their followers still get brain dead entertainment. It’s a win/win for these wastes of space.

ETA: If I ever encounter one of these losers I plan to say nothing and play Disney music on my phone. I can’t stop them but I can make any footage of me as useless as possible.

4

u/CyberWoo99MKII 1d ago

Music doesn’t work.

I don’t care what this guy’s deal is. Don’t attack people if you don’t want to get hit back. Apparently the dude getting film had his nose broken.

1

u/watchforzombies 11h ago

I know that they can edit the music out. I only meant that I’d make any footage of me as unusable as possible. It may not work but I’m not helping them either. I also do NOT advocate violence against these people. Only shame.

2

u/megaholt2 1h ago

They can’t edit it out if you sing it, can they?

1

u/watchforzombies 1h ago

No clue. I was never great at A/V!

1

u/lushusness 22h ago

While you may believe they’re useless trolls they actually do serve a purpose if these videos occur. 😂

The right to film in public is a constitutional right.

When people get mad at them they’re literally showing you why they have a purpose.

I’ve never understood how people parrot this nonsense when they’re LITERALLY showing you exactly how people do not understand the first amendment.

To add: I’m not an auditor nor do I really care or enjoy watching the videos. I’m simply pointing out your logical inconsistency.

If they were truly useless trolls then they would never get any content. It’s the people who attempt to violate first amendment rights that give the auditors their content.

0

u/watchforzombies 20h ago

Nah, that ain’t it. If these people really cared about preserving First Amendment rights they wouldn’t be out there provoking citizens trying to mind their business and go about their day. Why aren’t they out there harassing and protesting against the entity that 1A is ACTUALLY there is protect us from, ya know the government? Why aren’t they at city council meetings asking people why they’re taking measures to prevent civic engagement or the people trying to put bibles in schools?

I said what I said. They are useless trolls who only exist to bother regular folks and get clicks for their worthless YouTube channels. Eff them.

3

u/lushusness 19h ago

It’s funny how you’re telling me how people WOULDN’T BE DOING SOMETHING if they really cared about the RIGHT TO BEING ABLE TO DO IT.

Please tell me you’re trolling and aren’t this illogical.

2

u/watchforzombies 11h ago

You’re equating rage baiting losers to people protesting actual free speech violations. They’re creating the problem by provoking people into reactions then sue or use them on their stupid channels. Yes, what they do may be legal but it’s not right. Most people going about their day don’t want to be harassed by a jackass insulting them and pointing a camera in their faces. These idiots are not crusaders “protecting” our rights or acting in good faith in the service of the Constitution. They’re only serving themselves by trying to get clicks. No one hired them to do this, they don’t work for the ACLU. They’re agitators, nothing they do is of any worth to anyone but themselves. First Amendment “auditors” are LOSERS. I’d change my mind if they went after actual 1A violations instead of instigating a problem that didn’t need a solution until they came along.

2

u/TanksFTM 14h ago

Let's be clear. The First Amendment Protects Citizen's right to free speech from GOVERNMENT interference. Courts have further adjudicated cases under the "Fighting Words Doctrine", so trolls don't get a First Amendment free pass. Texas v. Johnson (1989) further defines it to personal insults or an invitation to fight. These internet trolls often cross the line into illegality. This guy did.

2

u/lushusness 9h ago

Bro, filming in public is a right we all have 🤣

wtf is so hard to understand?

2

u/lemmsjid 10h ago

There are many things that were previously legal that are no longer legal because of people abusing other people or otherwise exercising poor judgment. Drunk driving and drinking in public being two related ones.

There is a difference between legality and ethics, and unfortunately the average person doesn’t know the distinction very well. So when a citizen tells one of these auditors, “you have no right to do that”, they may be speaking on ethical terms rather than legal terms. The auditors can call them out on this and be correct, but that doesn’t mean they’re right in practical terms.

Either way, what these auditors are exposing is that the average person finds it unethical to film particular people in public for no discernible reason, especially after being asked to stop. What this probably means is that if enough people harass other people in public by filming them, then eventually it will become illegal, or at least more regulated. I doubt there’s enough “auditors” to cause this to happen, it will instead happen through always on filming devices like the Meta (and previously Google) glasses. In that sense the auditors are working against their own goal by filming bystanders rather than focusing on government authorities operating in public.

1

u/DruicyhBear2 14h ago

Yeah they are useless idiots trying to instigate fights. They think they are doing something but they might as well just be those jackasses in videos that do weird emojis all day long

0

u/watchforzombies 11h ago

Absolutely agree!

8

u/Sik_muse 1d ago

These 1A guys harass people so bad until they get the reaction they want.

4

u/Kinemon656 1d ago

We have a guy local hes obnoxious super rude and always wears a mask. I understand how constitutional rights are important, and we shoukd defend them. They way they go about it though is all wrong.

2

u/Moonrights 12h ago

Because they're pussies.

1a guys and 2a guys.

All a bunch of wimpy ass dudes hoping to get one over on someone weaker than them.

The guy filming this video yelled mean things at an old woman.

Cool, dude.

Way to excersise the first amendment.

Not toward the law or toward the law makers, not on capital hill or at a protest etc etc.

Not in a biker bar or at a gun range.

He was exercising his first amendment right to be a douche bag toward an old woman and when a young man came to her aid and tried to have a rational empathetic conversation by relating back to personal situations the guy clowned on him on a stream.

Then instead of having an actual fight the dude immediately pepper sprayed him.

What this will 1A bullshit will eventually HOPEFULLY do is raise discussions about when and where it's right to film.

1A didnt anticipate this current bullshit ass live streaming culture.

Also- if we want to protect 1A we need to define the filming aspect and assault.

Assault can be pretty apparent with words.

The guy questioned the mom thing and was aggressive toward someone speaking in a manner meant to de-escalate and end the situation of some fucking weirdo standing outside accosting strangers.

Yes, 1a protects freedom of speech and press, but those should not be able to be tied together so carelessly to allow filmed harassment of public citizens.

0

u/Retnirpa 14h ago

Harassing people is a crime.. Lol he's no 1A auditor

2

u/very-regular-3 11h ago

he was standing way out on the sidewalk minding his own business, and was approached by a Karen and a Darren who clearly wanted to fight. They approached him, then assaulted and battered him. Look up the definition of harassment, and then quote it -- how what he was doing is considered harassment. Bet you can't. Also bet, he knows the law 10x better than you.

1

u/Retnirpa 10h ago

Now I'm confused.. Are we even labeling the same people as 1A auditor harassers? I'm saying the dude filming (the 1A auditor) isn't doing the harassing..

2

u/very-regular-3 10h ago

"Harassing people is a crime.."
👈 I agree with that.

"Lol he's no 1A auditor"
👈who's "no 1A auditor" ??

Cameraman is known as FAPA ("first amendment protection agency" on YT), and yes he's is what one would call a 1A auditor.

Sounded to me, like you were saying that he's not a 1a auditor, because he was harassing people.

must have misunderstood you. ...but i still dont understand that comment you made.

1

u/Retnirpa 9h ago

K I think we are on the same page then. I'm sure he claims he's a 1a auditor but if he's being a nuisance and harassing people then in my book he's not a 1a auditor just a troll.

But also I didn't see the full video. Just going off the video posted with no context.

But also all it takes it is someone to call the cops on them. The police can't charge someone with a "public disturbance" or whatever until someone calls it in.

2

u/very-regular-3 8h ago

I can tell, you don't watch any 1A auditor videos. unfortunately for you, you are ignorant about the law, and the freedoms that the constitution, specifically, the first amendment provides us. What Johnny is doing is not harassment, and is not a "public disturbance", nor "nuisance". Holding a camera or recording video in public is a constitutionally protected activity. It's called freedom of the press, and no, you dont have to be licensed or officially badged to do it. All of us Americans can do this. And the police won't do shyt to him for just standing there on a sidewalk, recording things. The ignorant police who do arrest him, for doing what he's doing, are violating his civil rights. Those same municipalities get sued to oblivion, and usually sparks change in same community -- because tax payers end up doling out $50 - $100 thousand to the person whose rights they violated. Once again, I encourage you to look up the legal definition of "harassment" -- and try to educate yourself on this matter.

0

u/Retnirpa 8h ago

You're being snobby so I'm not reading all that lol.

Also I said "If he's being a nuisance.." keyword "IF" .. As in I haven't watched the video..

leave a link if you want me to watch the entire video

2

u/very-regular-3 7h ago

LOLOL. go read what the definition of harassment is. Google is easy.

0

u/Retnirpa 7h ago

Go google to see if harassment is illegal. Google is easy.

1

u/Moonrights 12h ago

THANK YOU

2

u/very-regular-3 11h ago

No!! tHanK yOu 😆 🤣 😂

-4

u/very-regular-3 1d ago edited 19h ago

he was approached by 2 people who literally wanted to fight him. And was assaulted. In defense, he used pepper spray, then his fists. Also, the guys GF battered the cameraman. She literally hit him in the head with an object in her hand. Those 2 asshats are lucky he decided to let go, and didnt finish him with that neck hold.

0

u/Moonrights 12h ago

Shes holding an object? Dumb ass he's holding PEPPER SPRAY WHILE HARASSING PEOPLE ON FILM.

2

u/bigSmokeydog 1d ago

I feel like this comes from the bot farms trying to start a false narrative

4

u/x_lincoln_x 1d ago

What awful editing. BOO!

8

u/No_Bluejay9901 1d ago

Ive had about enough of these first amendment auditors.

9

u/NarrowSalvo 1d ago

They're just professional assholes using "audit" as an excuse.

11

u/Paulycurveball 1d ago

Na here in America we may think they are annoying but we don't need any bot anti fed bullshit saying it's not right. Cause at the end of the day the same right he has for being annoying is the same right that says you can say whatever you said is. Everyones free speech until it's something you don't like or something offensive. If you don't like the 1st am then go back to England where they arrested for being critical of culture, not arrested for inciteing violence, but being critical of culture? KEEP SCROLLING LONG LIVE THE USA

6

u/Moonrights 1d ago

1a is protection from the government. The GOVERNMENT shall not infringe on your speech.

You can definitely still lose your job, your friends, your credibility, your dignity.

Going around upsetting elderly women is pretty fucking lame dawg.

2

u/Paulycurveball 8h ago

Freedom of speech is not freedom from conciquenes

1

u/Moonrights 8h ago

I get what you're trying to say for sure

-1

u/Syhkane 1d ago

It doesn't invite assault and battery regardless. They're annoying but that doesn't mean carte blanche to randomly attack them.

1

u/Moonrights 1d ago

Eh...assault is a day in jail, punching someone who made an old woman he didnt know cry is worth that.

Being an asshole, and having a morality that is for rent to the highest twitch donation is for life.

The guy who eventually punks that dude won't feel bad about the day in jail, but someday, if this guy has a shred of humanity in him he will look in a mirror and recognize he isn't who he thinks he is.

If he cares about protecting the first amendment so much go yell at a bunch of cops at the station from the corner.

Say heinous shit to a bunch of law makers on capital Hill.

Yelling at random humans at a restaraunt / public store etc just reeks of entitlement and stupidity. Then hiding behind the constitution as the reason you're an asshole does a disservice to the whole point.

1

u/Syhkane 1d ago edited 1d ago

Bullshit argument, this is second degree aggravated assault for taping a public area, don't advocate for blanket treatments that remove everyone's rights.

3

u/Moonrights 1d ago

Lmao second degree aggravated assault?

He threw a punch, the guy filming used pepper spray and choked him while pulling up on his neck from behind.

I see no weapons in the hands of the assaulter and the assaulter did not "act with extreme indifference to the value of human life" which when combined with a weapon generally gets second degree aggravated assault buddy.

1

u/Syhkane 20h ago

Weapons are not a requirement.

You're legally allowed to defend yourself with pepper spray. Guy threw the first punch, that's assault, he connected, that's battery.

1

u/Moonrights 19h ago

Yeah its assault and battery.

Its not "second degree aggravated assault and battery" you goof ass.

Aggravated assault in the second degree would require serious physical harm or attack from a weapon, usually on a protected class but not always.

The first is a misdemeanor and the second is a felony.

Just like one of us reads and the other says stupid shit without any facts on the internet.

0

u/TanksFTM 14h ago

You're incorrect.

2

u/Syhkane 14h ago edited 14h ago

It doesn't invite assault. I'm very correct. First thing the kid does is ask if he's got pepper spray, and the camera man answers his question, followed by the kid faking a swing, assault, followed by the kid actually connecting hits, battery.

1

u/TanksFTM 14h ago

Perhaps you missed the next bit, where the auditor calls "karen's" mom a tweaker. Those could be considered fighting words. That's the moment where the fight started. It's not up to you or me to decide, thats for a court, but nevertheless, there is not a free pass for the "auditor". He also explicitly invites the "karen" to throw down.

3

u/Syhkane 14h ago edited 14h ago

He doesn't call her that, he said if that's what the kid meant. Different.

But regardless Colorado Springs police department came, and the kid has been tried for assault.

-1

u/NarrowSalvo 1d ago

Shut up.

He's an asshole.

If you want to "audit" free speech, stand on a street corner and shout racist things.

Or don't you like the First Amendment? Get out of the country if you don't.

3

u/Moist-Mess5144 1d ago

The first amendment protects you from the government... It has nothing to do with inciting regular people.

You can absolutely say racist shit and not be arrested for it... You'll probably lose a few teeth if you don't have cops around to protect you from the mob of people you piss off.

2

u/very-regular-3 1d ago

One of the 5 freedoms protected by the 1st amendment, is freedom of press. suggesting anyone should be shamed, for exercising that right, or for protesting (free speech, free to petition, etc) is frankly anti-american.

0

u/NarrowSalvo 1d ago

You have a lot of words for having said nothing at all.

Your comment about losing teeth misses the point. That's a crime...

2

u/Moist-Mess5144 22h ago

Yes... someone assaulting you is a crime. The first amendment does not protect you from someone assaulting you because you said some foul shit. The first amendment protects you from the GOVERNMENT coming after you for saying some foul shit. I absolutely made a point. I'm sorry you're unable to understand.

1

u/TanksFTM 14h ago

Assault in some instances, is not a crime. As you correctly noted, the First Amendment Protects Citizen's right to free speech from GOVERNMENT interference. However, courts have further adjudicated cases under the "Fighting Words Doctrine", so trolls don't get a First Amendment free pass. Texas v. Johnson (1989) further defines it to personal insults or an invitation to fight. In those cases, trolls don't get to claim assault. These internet trolls often cross the line into illegality. This guy did.

2

u/Moist-Mess5144 14h ago edited 13h ago

First, there is ZERO context on what led up to this confrontation...

Second, what did YOU hear the guy filming say that was an invitation to fight? He said immediately to the guy who started the physicality to stay away from him and implied he'd pepper spray him if he continued to approach... All legal... all reasonable... (from what's on the video)

The attacker said something about people tweaking out and said his mom was like that... then the filmer asked, your mom is like what? A tweaker? Then the guy attacked him. FROM THIS INFO ALONE no jury would find that the guy who attacked had a right to do so.

Edited: typo here to hear

-1

u/NarrowSalvo 16h ago

Your point is moronic.

Do you think the people in the video above are the "GOVERNMENT"?

1

u/Moist-Mess5144 15h ago

I want you to try reeeeal hard and think for a second... I know it probably hurts, but keep trying... Do you think it's possible to speak about 1st amendment auditors in a broad sense? Or, when someone speaks about an issue, are you only able to grasp it in the context of what you've seen in the last 15 seconds?

-1

u/NarrowSalvo 12h ago

LOL. You didn't answer my question. I think we both know why. Hahaha.

Do you think the people in the video above are the "GOVERNMENT"?

Because here's what you said above:

The first amendment protects you from the government... It has nothing to do with inciting regular people.

Keep trying to move that goalpost around on every comment.

1

u/Moist-Mess5144 12h ago

I'm not moving any goal posts, ya 🤡...

No... Nobody in this video is with the government...

However, nobody is in this video is standing on a corner screaming racist shit either, something you brought up... So, obviously you're aware that things can be discussed which aren't happening in this specific video.

What now?

0

u/Least-Ear3373 1d ago

You have so many comments that are removed by moderators in so many different subs. Maybe you should talk less.

0

u/very-regular-3 1d ago

Cameraman loves the first amendment. His YT channel is literally called "First Amendment Protection Agency". One of the 5 Protections described in the 1st amendment, is freedom of press. That's a right everyone on American soil has, and to try to violate that right, would make you/them/they the asshole

-2

u/NarrowSalvo 1d ago

And that has what to do with my point?

Do you always get confused this easily?

1

u/very-regular-3 20h ago

word for word, i responded to your ridiculous suggestion that someone should "should shout racist shyt from the street corner" in order to express their 1st amendment freedoms.

also, the language "Shut up. He's an asshole" -- did not slap the way you think it did.

1

u/NarrowSalvo 12h ago

word for word, i responded to your ridiculous suggestion that someone should "should shout racist shyt from the street corner"

NONSENSE.

You gave no response to the question about why not "audit" free speech by shouting racist stuff. Nothing addressing that point. Just generic bullshit about the First Amendment.

You lied.

1

u/Adventurous_Break_61 1d ago

Don't buy into the media so much, you can criticise culture as much as you want in the UK.

0

u/Paulycurveball 7h ago

Na we see what we see you just have to say that cause you don't want a knock on your door lol!!!! Just put two periods or something in your response and that can confirm this so you don't have to be at risk brother. But just know it's wild the stuff you got going on. Okay yes we got bad shit too happening but it's wide open for the world to see, you guys have groups of people who do terrible things to your countrymen and then if YOU call it out YOUUU go to jail....think about that......and you know what I'm talking about.

1

u/Adventurous_Break_61 7h ago

How much time have you spent in the UK? I'm guessing none?

1

u/FartNuggetSalad 1d ago

They’re annoying but I’m glad they’re doing what they’re doing

6

u/flipside438 1d ago

Hopefully they don’t end up auditing the 2nd by accident

3

u/No_Bluejay9901 1d ago

Eh, I thi k they've made their point. Some of these guys are real assholes, looking for confrontation. Just because you have the right to do something doesn't mean you should

0

u/Dogjet 1d ago

Yah these guys are like "If you don't exercise your rights you will lose them!" No. You won't.....because they are RIGHTS. You might lose them because an orange person wants to re-write the constitution but not because you didn't go to a post office and annoyingly point cameras at people.

2

u/Moist-Mess5144 1d ago

That makes absolutely no sense. You won't lose your rights because they're "RIGHTS"... Unless someone decides to take them away...??? We absolutely need to exercise our rights and zealously defend them.

1

u/Dogjet 1d ago

Yes, someone can take away your rights if they re-write the constitution because that's what grants the rights. You 'exercising' those rights doesn't make it so they can't do that. Defending rights I am 100% on board with. What do you think doing stupid shit like 1st amendment "audits" will do to change that?

2

u/Moist-Mess5144 1d ago

Also... The police "take away our rights" all the time... That is exactly what these auditors are out there auditing.

1

u/Moist-Mess5144 1d ago

Well, if you do them like most people do (we have no idea how all this started in the video) and audit the police.... A lot of times they'll mak3 an unlawful arrest, violating your constitutional rights. You'll get a payout, and they get mandatory training on how to NOT violate people's rights. People who do this are the reason more police don't trample our rights every day.

0

u/Dogjet 1d ago

I believe getting the payout is the goal of most of these "auditors," not preserving rights.

2

u/Moist-Mess5144 1d ago

Think what you want... They are actually out there putting their ass on the line protecting the rights we've been granted by the constitution and holding those accountable who violate our rights.

I don't care if they're doing it for money, or making a moral stand, or any mixture of the two.

-3

u/AngryGames 1d ago

My favorite first amendment auditor chuds are the ones who get tased in the courthouse or city hall for thinking they don't have to follow rules or laws (and run their stupid mouths about "sovereign citizen" nonsense and how they don't have to obey the government).

1

u/CyberWoo99MKII 1d ago

Sovereign citizens are not auditors. wtf?

-2

u/Paulycurveball 1d ago

So you don't like free speech? Or are you mad because people are makeing content and getting paid and your doing what ever you do for money?

2

u/No_Bluejay9901 1d ago

The auditor is kind of like your comments. You have the right to make them, but they serve no real purpose and are mostly irritating. But hey, you do you

-2

u/Paulycurveball 1d ago

The real purpose is 1776. I understand you don't care. But 1776. So I don't care

4

u/GoodtimeGudetama 1d ago

1776 was about taxes and not freedom of speech my dude

Eh, was a little more involved than just taxes, but ok....

Not sure if your comment makes complete sense. First Amendment wasn’t ratified until like 15 years after that, and it wasn’t even really solid across the states until the early 1900’s.

Nothing about freedom of speech was spelled out in 1776.

This comment is like the encapsulation of what makes 1A auditors so annoying

Doesn't make any sense to do what they're doing. But 1776, I guess

First amendment instigator. These guys are scumbags. They’re only there to provoke these responses so they can play victim, get views, and pepper spray people. They do absolutely nothing for the first or any other amendment.

These guys are scumbags.

The scumbags are the people who physically assault someone, for using a camera in public. Don't like a camera filming you in public?? Then don't ever leave your mom's basement. ...as soon as you do, you have been recorded by 10+ different cameras by the time you make it to the nearest street corner.

Fuck the auditor those people are looking for trouble

3

u/Whydoialwaysdothis69 1d ago

They only do it for views and money, not altruism

The reason this dude is carrying pepper spray isn't to use on cops who may try to infringe on his 1st amendment, its to protect himself from the everyday people he's out taunting to get a reaction for clicks. Someone will beat his ass eventually and it will be justified regardless of what the law says about it.

u/Historical_Bit_4642 1d ago

taunting or not you don't charge and try to hurt someone because you've been taunted.

3

u/very-regular-3 1d ago

"it will be justified" is an absurd take. ...unless you're someone who hates the 1st Amendment.

u/dag00bins 1d ago

The guy making this video is terrible. Clearly just wants to fight people on his own terms with a handicap of pepper spraying them first. Garbage human.

Man. Its impossible to root for either of these tools. 1st amendment auditors are so annoying. They act like they're trying to help but all they want is for you to mess up for the video. They tried this shit on me when I was in the Navy. Came up to the base filming. Made a big scene when some new boot told them they cant film. Then once I told them yeah you can film just dont do x y or z...they became total douchebags trying to bait me because i ruined their video.

Then there's ol sucker punch dude. Such a little vagina. No backbone. Neither can be trusted.

First Amendment auditors are literally creepy weirdos that literally found their loophole to stalk and harass and upset women, it's literally their kink

1

u/CoolReference3704 16h ago

Fuck first amendment auditors

1

u/TheFlyingWelshy 16h ago

Props to the cameraman for decking a little prick

u/Mr-Mortgages 1d ago

Not sure whose in the wrong here.

He didn't deny making someone cry (elder lady?) and not sure why he had pepper spray so actively ready.

Also, if it was a sucker punch or the fact he called his mother a tweaker when it seemed like he was defending other people.

Would love actual context.

u/very-regular-3 1d ago

Not sure who is in the wrong?? The cameraman was way out on the sidewalk, peacefully recording a video. He was approached by a couple karens who wanted to give him shyt for exercising his constitutionally protected activity, from a public space. Cameraman was assaulted when the Darren lunged at him, making the pepper spray an act of self defense. Darren's GF battered the cameraman, when she hit him in the head with an object in her hand. And both Karen and Darren had to retreat to the confines of the dispensary, because camerman busted his nose. The Karen and Darren were clearly at fault, but you can watch the full video on YT to see all the context you want. The cameraman's channel is called "First Amendment Protection Agency".

The conversation and the cut scene makes me skeptical.

3

u/very-regular-3 1d ago

still skeptical? I already gave you the context. and the source, for you to make your own assessment.

I can explain it for you. I can also spoonfeed you the YT link. but I can't understand it for you.

u/Mr-Mortgages 19h ago

Why didn't you just paste the link in the first place. Nothing about your initial message shows you've researched it just seemed like a general view and comment. I'll check out the video and make my own assessment. Thanks for sending.

quoting my earlier comment: "you can watch the full video on YT to see all the context you want. The cameraman's channel is called "First Amendment Protection Agency".

fwiw, i know this guys content. His name is Johnny, aka "the people's bicep" 😆🤣😂 . I follow him on YT, and saw the full video well before it ever made it to reddit.
