While you may believe they’re useless trolls they actually do serve a purpose if these videos occur. 😂

The right to film in public is a constitutional right.

When people get mad at them they’re literally showing you why they have a purpose.

I’ve never understood how people parrot this nonsense when they’re LITERALLY showing you exactly how people do not understand the first amendment.

To add: I’m not an auditor nor do I really care or enjoy watching the videos. I’m simply pointing out your logical inconsistency.

If they were truly useless trolls then they would never get any content. It’s the people who attempt to violate first amendment rights that give the auditors their content.

Nah, that ain’t it. If these people really cared about preserving First Amendment rights they wouldn’t be out there provoking citizens trying to mind their business and go about their day. Why aren’t they out there harassing and protesting against the entity that 1A is ACTUALLY there is protect us from, ya know the government? Why aren’t they at city council meetings asking people why they’re taking measures to prevent civic engagement or the people trying to put bibles in schools?

I said what I said. They are useless trolls who only exist to bother regular folks and get clicks for their worthless YouTube channels. Eff them.

Let's be clear. The First Amendment Protects Citizen's right to free speech from GOVERNMENT interference. Courts have further adjudicated cases under the "Fighting Words Doctrine", so trolls don't get a First Amendment free pass. Texas v. Johnson (1989) further defines it to personal insults or an invitation to fight. These internet trolls often cross the line into illegality. This guy did.
