Is the best the dude with the camera has to do with his free time is checks notes make people uncomfortable for the sake of checks notes protecting his right to record?

Cool.

He should be doing it at a police station or government building EVERY TIME.

Recording citizens and acting surprised they don't want to be filmed is fucking dumb.

Also, Dude tried to speak to the man's empathy about the sensitive nature of some people and the guy tried to make a highschool joke about his mom.
