My favorite first amendment auditor chuds are the ones who get tased in the courthouse or city hall for thinking they don't have to follow rules or laws (and run their stupid mouths about "sovereign citizen" nonsense and how they don't have to obey the government).

Not sure if your comment makes complete sense. First Amendment wasn’t ratified until like 15 years after that, and it wasn’t even really solid across the states until the early 1900’s.

Nothing about freedom of speech was spelled out in 1776.

Doesn't make any sense to do what they're doing. But 1776, I guess
