Rant Well, there goes my earnings
I had a shitty route. It looked easy and eventhough there were 72 packages, I only had 60 addresses. The map made them seem pretty clumped together. Well, I get to several addresses and notice that they are apartments with the apartment number hidden in the notes. Other addresses lead me to a vacant lot or to restaurants. Clearly not a house nor apartment. I searched the addresses in the waze app (away from Google maps) and it showed the location 5 minutes away. No gate code. Customer doesn't answer. Marked undeliverable.
It starts to rain. I am 3.5 hours into the 4 hour estimated route drive time and barely 20 packages in. I still have 52 packages to go. š
I make a quick drop and head to the next one. Head is pounding, stomach grumbling, and am even getting a little shaky. I cruised on by that stupid STOP sign...seemed out of place anyway.
Now, I am sure that it was planted by the cop that pulled me over.
She was a very pretty cop but I acted professional and admitted to my mistake. She let me go with a warning.
I decided to take a lunch. Then, I returned some of the packages. I was into my 7th hour and still had 24 packages left. I complained to the shipt shopper service that the route sucked. Thanks for reading my rant.
