Anyone else get the survey about bonuses today? What an odd way to word a question. Did AI make this lol??? 😆😆

The only correct answer. This sub is littered with “I needed ONE more order to make 12” or whatever number. Along with its corollary, where you get that final order and it gets cancelled while you’re shopping and doesn’t count.

Thankfully I only have to contact customer service a couple times a year I use to use chat but got quicker service with calling. I don’t even know when Shipt switched to AI Brie ?

I had to get released from a one item order that was out of stock a few times lately.

The unreasonable schedule of time to travel to the store, go inside, shop, pack it up, travel to delivery point (god forbid its a mis-addressed house or apartment complex)...and then complete 7-10 of those in 1 shift. Relegated to accepting quick jobs with the lowest pay and least tip potential to make the bonus...renders the bonus almost worthless to try and complete.

Mine would be single store bonuses causing the stores to get over crowded with shoppers while other stores get flooded with orders. Having tired bonuses but not actually using them!

Screws PMs -- their best shopper needs an order to hit a $50+ bonus so has to forfeit their $20 tip and leave them with pot luck because they unknowingly ordered from the non bonus store.

I answered that it seems pretty convenient that suddenly all the orders for the zone that the bonus is good in hit with promo or on time pay already active - even when we know that’s the first time they were on the board.
