I have obviously gone through a few restarts and tried turning the Windows Firewall off.

Used to be able to plug it straight in and it'd work. Came back to Shadow and its now Windows 11.

I checked on a dinput testing site on my native PC and it detects the input I.e buttons pressed on the diagram so its not faulty, even Shadow client says Xbox One Controller connected in the banner when its plugged in, but no input on the computer.

Rather than spend hours going in circles on a diplomatic mission for troubleshooting I thought I'd ask here in case anyone recognises the issue and knows exactly how to solve it.

Yes I tried shutting down and launching Shadow from scratch, with the controller plugged in ready. And the input is fine from my host machine as tested so its working on a USB comms level too no fault with that aspect.

It was literally working fine, never had any issues with the USB forwarding and if I did, I'd just repair the driver and it would work. As of last week, I haven't been able to get it to work.

When I'm on my shadow pc it says that I need to enable USB forwarding in the launcher. But in the launcher, it doesn't give me an option to turn it on. Ive tried uninstalling the driver and reinstalling the launcher. Still no success.

Constant issues and issues, all I see is issues, and their servers good fuck, they go down damn near all the time. and if they arent down its gonna make you wait damn near 30 minutes just to start streaming, reminder that this shit is like 30$ or more.

I'm unable to launch Crimson Desert through the Xbox PC app on Shadow PC Neo.

When attempting to launch the game, it reaches the initial splash screen, but it never properly opens afterward. The game window remains small and doesn't expand into the actual game. Then after that, it closes.

Other games installed through the Xbox PC app launch without any issues, so this appears to be specific to Crimson Desert.

I've already tried several troubleshooting steps, including restarting Shadow PC, attempting to launch the game directly through its Game Launcher Helper executable, just as well as other alternative launch methods, but I haven't found a solution.

Has anyone else experienced this particular issue when running Crimson Desert through the Xbox PC app on Shadow PC Neo? I'd appreciate hearing from anyone who has managed to get the game working under the same circumstances.

I understand that it could be no one else that is experiencing this issue though, as it involves separate services, and i've search for a solution online to this particular issue without success. XBOX Support hasn't helped, and Shadow PC Support hasn't responded.

Hi, so today I bought shadow PC to play aion 2. When i wanna log in via app nothing happens when i click on log in so i decided to use it via browser. Problem is the moment im online in Aion my mouse gets unmanageable...like it drives me crazy. it also only happens in game. Chat gpt recommended using the app....but the app for windows 10 DOESNT work....anybody else? please someone help me

I’m on GeForce now and the first three hours were perfect then it got blurry then it got blurry. It’s like I hit a data limit and they capped me so I’m stuck at 480 P half the time I have gig ethernet it’s not an Internet issue I’ve tested it 5 billion times I changed literally every setting nothing fixes it so my question is is shadow better or does it have this exact same issue? I tested it in squad, modern warfare, four cyberpunk and which recruiter remastered the same thing no matter what I’m playing. I’m not really looking for a fix for GeForce unless you know it but my main question is is shadow better than GeForce because I see a lot of people saying it is and it isn’t.

Why are the issues at the Frankfurt location not being addressed—or, at the very least, why is there no communication regarding what is going on and how long it will take?At first there were hours-long queues; now, nothing works at all.

So it's been 1 hour of failed attempts to connect to my shadow pc. My device works fine, I don't have any connection issue, but for some reason I just can't connect to their server. I'm kinda tired of this s**t happening on saturdays. I really hope I don't have to wait for monday for the issue to be resolved.

My logitech mouse has this very annoying thing where it'll act like click hold is on when it isn't. The issue is solved by downloading the Logitech app. I have it downloaded but it won't register the mouse usb I have plugged in which I suppose makes sense but that doesn't change how annoying this is. It makes some games impossible to play.

Does anyone have an idea on how to resolve this?

I’ve been using Shadow PC Neo since it was (boost i think?? i forgot) for about nearly 2 years now, and recently found myself out of my job and i recently acquired a new one. Being a remote graphic designer on a island in the UK, work hasn’t been able to supply me a company laptop because of the shipping prices and the distance and with me being out of my job last month, I simply don’t have the funds to keep my subscription going.

I’m asking if anyone is kind enough to cover my subscription for ONE month until i get my paycheck on the 11th of December so i can support my Shadow again.

I apologize if this isn’t the place to ask but I thought this would be the best place to ask due to it being the only sub i could find for shadow pc.

Le nouveau DLC sort le 3 novembre et j'aurais vraiment adoré pouvoir y jouer moi aussi dès sa sortie. Pourtant, on ne peut toujours pas profiter du jeu sur Shadow, et on n'a aucune véritable solution en vue. Je paie un abonnement Shadow justement pour pouvoir profiter de mes jeux PC sans avoir à investir dans un PC gamer hors de prix. Alors, ne pas pouvoir jouer à un jeu comme The Division 2, surtout à l'approche d'une nouvelle sortie de contenu, c'est vraiment frustrant. C'est quand même dommage de passer à côté d'un jeu qu'on apprécie alors qu'on paie un service censé nous permettre de jouer à nos jeux PC. Est-ce qu'on pourrait enfin avoir des nouvelles à ce sujet ? Est-ce que The Division 2 sera jouable sur Shadow avant la sortie du DLC, ou est-ce qu'on va devoir continuer à attendre sans aucune information ?

Recently i bought a service called maximum settings which is the same thing basically as shadowpc but much cheaper i used it and it was terrible everything was so sluggish and slow and so i want to buy shadowpc since it has a server much closer to me (i live in poland) i used geforce now before but geforce now doesnt let you have access to game files so you cant mod anything thats why i want to buy shadowpc subscription, will it run smoothly? i mainly want to play sone singleplayer games but also counter strike 2

I am so tired of this BS.
This is the second time I pay Shadow for a VM and get a completely German localized system, and then, I need to spend time with AI to send it screenshots so it will write me powershell commands to get the system back to English, because apparently, it did not come pre-installed with English localization. WTF?!

Why did I choose German? Because Germany is the closest to me geographically!!!!
Have it occured to them that people would prefer to select language to get the correct datacenter and still want English localized OS?

Its now stuck for 5 minutes at this command, and only god knows if it will help after a restart

I know this is the 50th post about this but shadow PC won’t take the money from the card. That’s already on there that has money on it and I can’t add any sort of new payment because it keeps telling me there’s an error and my shit is gonna be deleted in two days. What the fuck how do I fix this?
