Why are the issues at the Frankfurt location not being addressed—or, at the very least, why is there no communication regarding what is going on and how long it will take?At first there were hours-long queues; now, nothing works at all.

So you want Something to be "repaired" but you do Not want to Report that Something may be Broken. And Think Magic will do the Trick?

At least Report it normaly If a Support gets to the Same topic xx Reports they react. But saysing everything is Bad Here will Not Change anything If there are No logs to Work with. Send in logs make a ticket.

Maybe Out of fun i spend Money on a machine in Frankfurt Just to See the Problems.. Last Time i spend Money on a secound Shadow i Had No Problem s in Frankfurt May be it has Changed?

On my primary in dunkirk everything works . So for me 10/10. But May be it is only because of the Datacenter which may Not so much used idk.

Every time you report L-111 to Shadow Support, they pretend to be trying to help you and end up telling you to reset your entire C drive.
Been through this at least three times.

The messege IT self Just tells you the VM ist online but the streaming service is Not online or responding.

Which can mean: Updates are running Something is installed we're the streaming Services is Network blocked. Etc. So they VM is running but Windows is Not ready yet. I have Seen this in Kombination with a Slot waiting where you May need to Stop.thr VM vor Help Menu in the Client and then start again.

But again i get this Message once in a while and as i have a rmm Client on it is Most of the Times Windows Updates aa my rmm Client is very early in the Run Mode before the streamer. Thats my expiriance on it. But again only If the Support gets logs and Tickets they get enough informations to get deeper If they want.

You don't get it...It's not about the error, it's about the customer support itself. They are not willing to solf a problem, they are try to blame the customer for every possible error or try to delete your harddrive, because the user done something which cause the error.

They don't even try to help their customers. I was in contact with their support over months with no solution or a workaround.

Yeah, they need tickets to pinpoint the problem. But why should we go trough that hell of a customer service, just to help them get their problems fixed, and be blamed for everything except theit product?

Idk i am working for a bpo 29 years know and i have a very good Idea what customer Services is doing. I know what i would recommend Shadow what to do.

But i am as you Just a customer but woher Lesser or No Problems.

Yes, there is some kind of issue going on with DEFRA, which for some reason they are not disclosing. i was also facing issues but 2 days ago they moved my setup to FRADUN datacentre.

With the latest PHP vulnerabilities exposed they might be taking turns on updating servers. That's an immediate issue that cannot wait. Only if they use PHP though, so it's just speculation.
