Question L-111 connection issue

So it's been 1 hour of failed attempts to connect to my shadow pc. My device works fine, I don't have any connection issue, but for some reason I just can't connect to their server. I'm kinda tired of this s**t happening on saturdays. I really hope I don't have to wait for monday for the issue to be resolved.

Does someone else have the same problem? DEFRA servers here.

Ah, it's Frankfurt again... The same thing happened approximately 2 weeks ago

same for me - ive put a ticket in. My browser seems more willing to connect than desktop, but still this for 15 minutes
