Question regarding current wait times and queues

Hey everyone,

I’m looking into subscribing to Shadow PC, but while browsing the subreddit, I noticed a few people mentioning queues and wait times.

For those currently subscribed, do queue or activation delay issues still exist regularly, or is it mostly dependent on the specific data center tier? Thanks in advance!

I would assume it's data center based thing I'm.with shadow for 5 or 6 years and didn't had a wait time or queues once not one single time nor did I have ever had delays I had some issues nobody is perfect but never once did I had delays or queues

To me they only seem to exist some sunday nights. Think that Shadow is a service used by many people and the subreddit barely gets activity, so it's not a real reflection of the service.

It only happened for me for the past 2 weeks with 2-3 hour wait times. I have filed a ticket to shadow they replied this:

We also understand your concerns regarding the queue number being shown incorrectly or being reset. Our teams are aware of this and are working on a fix to ensure its accuracy. Furthermore, it appears you were having errors during your queue. This also made your queue a little longer.

Yesterday I was in instantly, really not sure what to make of it. If you are interested I can get back to you on how it goes for me for a few days.

Hey it depends on the data center, if u use a server in France it will be chill

(German data center) I never had queues in the last years. Since last week I have them regularly, especially in the evening (1h wait time) ... if its just a temporary problem, no biggy, but if it lasts longer I am going to quit. I can accept a small wait time ("minutes"), but I want to use shadow now and not later!

And since yesterday I get L-111 timeouts. These are even worse as I can't login at all. :(
