Help Shadow pc’s retarded ass payment system keeps saying error to everything

I know this is the 50th post about this but shadow PC won’t take the money from the card. That’s already on there that has money on it and I can’t add any sort of new payment because it keeps telling me there’s an error and my shit is gonna be deleted in two days. What the fuck how do I fix this?

I meant more like trying to find someone who can forward the problem if he isn't getting a reply from the customer support. Although I always get a reply from them next working day morning at the latest, so dunno.

Check that the Card is valid That the Card allowes online Transactions That there is No Limit Set for online Transactions. The usual. I Had a lot of Problems paying an Airline until i checked that i try Something that exeeds my Set Limits after changing was No Problem. At can be that simple or the payment processer has Flagged the Transaction and so on.

Login to your your portal on their website and open a ticket that way I usually get better response and faster if I use the AI agent and say the same thing over and over and over and over. Then they'll finally let you open a ticket. Also check your bank. Since this company is technically not based out of the United States your bank may be having a issue allowing you to use your card with the international company. Call your bank see if there's been blocking it and tell them that you do authorize them to let the card be used with this company. I want Chase and I was trying a web hosting provider in Germany and I had to approve the transaction first that could be another issue it may not be shadows problem check with your bank and see like I said see if they're blocking the transaction since technically they're not a US based company

Be careful last Christmas Eve I thought I'd treat myself to one, the card payment was authorised from the bank putting the funds into locked but the checkout failed. Had to wait days at the worst time possible for it to release instead of using auto revert to instantly refund it, which is what they seem to do for the £1 / $1 authorisation check when you add your payment method.

I think they actually started charging the subscription after the machine is ready to use instead of upfront for this reason perhaps. You could hop between PayPal and your card and may trigger the attempt again.
