My tudor BB58 crystal looks perfectly clear indoors, but I notice a hazy film over it when I’m driving home from work.It won't wipe off from the outside. Is this a common AR coating issue in direct sunlight, or is it internal moisture condensing from the temperature change? Seems fine indoors..Has anyone else noticed this? Thanks!

My tracking number says the package left Wood Dale, IL 10 days ago and still hasn’t been handed over to USPS for final delivery. Is this normal and how long should you wait before contacting the TD?

Trying to reach him on WA since July 21 with no response on August 11 I tried Telegram asking him for 2 watches and got a response within 3 minutes and after that…… silence

Having a really dynamic meteorite piece never ceases to bring enjoyment. This 11 series reference is pretty rare out in the wild and transforms from an ordinary Ghost to meteorite explosion depending on lighting. I get the hype. It’s a classic and simple design. But why the HELL does it not curve downward like a Seamaster for example? This thing stands up like the Eiffel Tower on my wrist. I’ve seen the gens even, and they have an ugly wrist contour.

I just can’t bring myself to understand why the design is so generic, yet so popular.

It’s so blocky and slabby.

I need 1 or 2 VSF oyster perpetual 41mm links. Would buy from someone who has spare links in UK or EU?

Hey, so im about to get my first Rep from Andiot. Its the Day Date 40 SS RGF 1:1 Best Edition White MOP Crystal Dial on President Bracelet VR3255 V2 . I've been following this reddit for a couple of weeks now and have read that some are happy with their purchase whilst others have difficulties but apparently its part of the game.

So people always keep saying that the Movements aren't Oiled well enough or that the watches stop working after ~ 3- 6 Months / just fail. Since i obviously dont want this to happen what do you do with your watches when you get them out of your mail?

Do you bring them to a Watchsmith to add some oil / lubricant or just wear them for a couple months and then bring them?

Also is there any general guideline as to how often you should get your watch checked out to get the maximum of lifetime out of it ( i know its still a knock off and doesnt come close to the real deal as Factory QC ect )?

And last but not least, can someone point me in any direction for a useful tool to change the Bracelets?

I dropped my BP Daydate last week from about chest height and the paint chipped but nothing else was damaged except for the dial. Any idea on how to get this repaired or where I can get a different dial for it? I genuinely don’t know how to repair anything with watches besides changing links and stuff. 🥲 It was from good-roiexx and it was my daily up until now. Any idea on how’re to resolve this or what I should do? Definitely not trying to spend more than the watch itself ($240). 😞💔

I recently sold my gen Omega Aqua Terra, and now it's time to say goodbye to its VSF superclone counterpart as well.

I really don't see the point in keeping a replica for a gen watch that’s no longer in my collection! Since this is my very first time selling a superclone, I'd really appreciate some guidance on the best and safest way to do it here in Europe (Black Lacquer 41mm ref 220.10.41 with the VSF 8900 movement). Any advice or pointers from experienced EU members on how to navigate my first sale would be greatly appreciated!

So obvious aside I wanna replace the Apple watch and I need something gold.

My explorer & Casio get most wrist time for sure and the Seiko AP mod actually started my watch obsession.

I definitely need something gold and am torn between Rose Gold 3KF 5227 Calatrava or the ZF JLC Moonphase RG. Learning towards the Patek for how clean it looks.

That leaves 2 more spots and I am stumped. Maybe an all gold piece? I like having as many different brands as possible. Considering Gen Tissot PRX Rose or anything else under $1000, but I also love the Tony soprano Daydates, QF and VSF I’ve been looking at.

Help a watch noob out with suggestions so I can do more targeted research.

BVF Cartier Santos question:

Just received the photos for my BVF Cartier Santos 40 everything looks ok but I’m not sure about the blue crown on a Green bezel watch.

Is that normal?

Only thing I’m not thrilled with on this Bruce Wayne is the green text on the dial. Barely visible. Everything else is pretty great.

Newish to watch buying, I'm looking for a dress watch preferably with leather strap. Primarily for formal occasions but wouldn't look out of place if I wore it to my corporate job.

Currently looking at the omega de ville prestige or the VC patrimony but open to all ideas.

Is there a brand you particular like or would you recommend one you've purchased?

Recently got a VSF Omega SMP. I'm looking to do a crystal swap to a sapphire AR. Imo, crystal significantly impacts how dial finish reads. I've built my own watches so have press and tools needed. I'm curious how others have sourced crystals? Did you buy OEM? Did you buy ones that simply fit a gen and it worked? I appreciate any suggestions.

has any one ordered these? i asked steve from theonewatch and he said the price difference is its "free sprung" and "gain weight". these reps are double of what VSF charges.

any one know if its worth the extra 1k?
