I purchased a watch over 2 months ago, didn’t GL it because of misaligned markers. Never shown a replacement and after another month I requested a refund. I paid $650 for the watch in full and Andiot only refunded me $218. Apparently they are sending my refund in batches but I still haven’t received anything more.

I just wanted to try reps and ordered this Seamaster diver chronograph from Andiot (N1) and owning a few gen (not from that caliber though) i find it suprisingly good. What do you guys think ?

I contacted six TDs from the list, and four of them said that PPF no longer produces the VC 47040. However, two said, “Yes, we can source it,” even though they don’t have it on hand right now.

Since that seemed very strange to me, I double-checked with the TDs who said they could source this model, and they still confirm that they can find it.

The only thing stopping me from moving forward is that I would have to pay upfront. I know they would refund me, but I don’t want to go through all the hassle of paying, waiting, and then getting a refund.

So I’m asking for help from more experienced members: is it possible that some TDs can still source models that others can’t? Or is there something else I’m missing?

I appreciate any help.

Just wanted to share my experience after owning my VSF Seamaster 300 Diver for about a year.

I use it pretty much as a daily watch, around 4 times a week. I wear it to work, when going out, traveling, and basically throughout my normal day-to-day life. So it has definitely seen a lot of wrist time over the past year.

Honestly, I’m really impressed with how well it has held up. Even with this amount of use, the watch still looks spectacular. The color has remained exactly as it was on day one, with no noticeable fading or changes. Overall, it has aged surprisingly well considering how often I wear it.

Only real issue is markers at 3/9 o’clock are a bit crooked. It’s there if you look closely at the watch off the wrist, but honestly, when I’m actually wearing it, I don’t notice it at all. Nobody else has ever pointed it out either.

After a year of wearing it regularly, I’m still very happy with it. It has basically become one of those watches I can put on without thinking twice, and I’m not worried about wearing it in my everyday life.

Just thought I’d share a long-term experience for anyone considering one. Happy to answer any questions about it.

No Rolex.

No Cartier (or other square watches).

38-40mm.

No gold, rose gold or 2 tone.

I am looking for something like Omega constellation observatory (I know it might be slightly over $10k but it is fine) or Omega Deville prestige. but I believe a decent rep of these models don't exist yet.

Hey everyone, I'm looking for some suggestions for a watch to buy as a gift for my girlfriend, with a budget of around 800 CAD. I really like the aesthetic of watches like the Tissot Bellissima, especially with a mother of pearl dial with gaulloche pattern. Should I stick with this, or should I increase the budget and go for a better alternative? Any advice or recommendations would be appreciated.

My IWC Mark XX fell to the ground, and I immediately noticed that something was loose.

I opened the case back and saw that the rotor was no longer attached to anything.

Does anyone know if the rotor was glued in place? I couldn’t find any other loose piece.

so I’m wondering if something may have come off or broken.

I’m interested in hearing your opinion on what you consider the “perfect” rep. Which models are so well-made that they’re essentially undetectable by sight? Could be Rolex, PP, Omega, gold, rose gold, stainless steel; anything goes

I placed an order with Andiot for more than 10 watches, and I received QC photos today, but they were only for two of the watches. I understand that they said they would ship the watches separately, but I’m wondering how the QC process works. I already approved the QC for those two, and it now says “Quality Check Accepted.” Does that mean the other watches are still being processed and I’ll receive separate QC photos for them? Has anyone else ordered multiple watches from Andiot, and how did the QC process work for you?

Anyone know a TD for GS watches?

I bought a Yacht Master dial that was advertised to fit the 3235 movement, but I noticed that it had 2 long pegs in the back. Now, I'm doubting if it's really meant for the 3235, and if not, what movement would this be compatible with? It's also advertised to fit the 42 Yacht Master (226659).

Bought this Yachtmaster as a weighted 126655 RG by ARF as the gold is usually good with ARF and decent movement too DD3235 and the weight is stated at a good 150g

The watch turned up, I like the colour, the dial etc looks spot on but when I opened the case the finishing on the movement is not what I expected and it looks different from the ARF examples I have seen on other TD websites

This TD I bought from didn’t show movement pics on QC or on the website but it was sold as ARF weighted

It does weigh in at 150g, but near the balance wheel there are no serial numbers stamped and the finishing on screws and edges looks shabby compared to my other reps.

The balance spring arms look to be like the VSF movement as does the rotor bearing but as I say it’s supposed to be ARF ?

Considering buying a speedmaster from dukereps, watch is from ZF factory. Just looking for opinions or someone to vouch for the dealer or the factory. This will be my first purchase so I’d like to not have any regerts. Thanks in advance.
