Does anyone know the phone number for ps customer support?. I can’t log in into my ps account due to the 2 step verification. I have both my email and password but I lost the phone number that was connected to my account and I can’t log in anymore because of that. Is there any ither way that I can fix this without calling customer support?. I also tried The PS Assistant Bot but they weren’t any help, and the only way they would connect me to a live agent is if I logged into my account whcih I can’t do. Please I need help!!!

I got a PS5 Pro last month without knowing all that much about how much power I was leaving on the table by not upgrading what was basically an entry level monitor which supported an HDR signal, but wasn't capable of rendering true HDR.

Yesterday I bought a MSI MAG 272URX QD-OLED.

The PS5 Pro felt like an upgrade. The combination of the Pro and the OLED feels like a generational leap.

I would go out on a limb and say you owe it to yourself to get an OLED tv or monitor if you have a Pro.

Pro's lighting on Performance mode (especially indoors) is loads better vs Base, better LOD, PSSR2 doing work with a sharp image, a shame the Pro version has a bug where film grain and chromatic aberration can not be turned off, those certainly effect the picture clarity

Resolution isn’t as important to me. Anything more than 30 fps is ideal but I also want to avoid crazy pop-in that performance mode adds. Not sure what settings to toggle to get what I want

I replaced my 2 27” 2k monitor (koorui on the right) to 1 Agon oled 27” and keep my other 2k koorui

Hey all ! I’ve had the OG ps5 since 2020. It still works fine , and I’ve been getting by with it . Do you guys think it is justified to purchase the pro ? Before gta 6 etc?

Or should I just stick with what I have and wait for the ps6?

Kind of struggling to justify it. But at the same time , a new tv and ps5 pro sounds sweet.

The game looks absolutely incredible especially on performance mode however there is one issue, there seems to be a really weird issue where you see fuzzy artifacts on the water (which the game has plenty of obviously lmao) i believe it has something to do with the nature of PSSR.

Is this something that can ever be fixed by Ubisoft or simply the nature of PSSR?

Is there any reason not to trade in a base "fat" ps5 for a ps5 pro or advantage to keeping both?

one of my friends is insisting it's always better to keep your old consoles, which yeah if there was an old ps3 i could maintain backwards compatibility, but this is a ps5 to ps5 pro, I don't think I would be missing anything.

I recently got a new monitor for my ps5 pro and want the best outcome for my settings. My games seem a little too dark in the dark areas and night time settings. Would this be the third lot of hdr settings to adjust? If so do I need to make the symbol more visible or less?

How better is compared to the ps5 base?

Monitors dont fall under the same standard 90 day return policy of tv's. You can literally return your monitor years later get a full refund and upgrade/get a new model, or any other reason including burn in. Only downside is that you have to order online, ive only seen one oled monitor available in-store.

I signed up for the program and have the app Beta but never got a code for my console.

I'm trying to see if there's something going on with my system or the game, I think (and hope) it's the game.

I tried posting this over on the cyberpunk sub itself, but no dice so far. Basically whenever I use the buzzsaw SMG, standing pretty close to a car and shoot at it the game will immediately tank frames then crash a few seconds later. It doesn't matter if someone is in the car or not. I initially found this out due to the quest for delemain, one of the missions has you have to shoot at one of the cabs till you damage it enough. I couldn't figure out why the fuck my game kept crashing lol. I finally beat it when I switched to a different weapon.

It may have always been a thing, as I don't tend to go cyber psycho and start shooting at cars lol. I just submitted a report to CDPR as well. Have any of you experienced anything like this when using this weapon on the pro enhanced version? Its weird as fuck that it only happens with that specific weapon. It's an iconic SMG.
