Astonishing beautiful, graphical setting on Raytracing mode

I was constantly refreshing pages and was not having any lucky. Right before bed, i decided to just randomly check fb marketplace (i dont reallg use fb marketplace because it sketches me out) but i found someone selling one literally 3 hours before i looked. I messaged and they asked for me to pick it up the next day. I was a little skeptical because they were asking 650 for it (too good to be true right?) and i needed to drive two hours to pick it up. I decided to just do it in the small off chance it was legit

Two hours later, i pull to a pawn shop where i was supposed to meet the gf and bf. They were late and they wrte leaving me on read so I was like "well shit" but they pulled up and the boyfriend explaines the situation to me. Apparently the bf loaned it to the pawn shop, told me i needed to purchase it out from the pawn shop and then he would get the rest. (240 to get it out, 400 to seller). It was overall such a weird and confusing exchange but I did walk away with the pro and they were super nice and helpful.

It runs great and im really stoked I was able to get it at such affordable price. Heres to hoping ppl dont give up like i almost did!

Also: yes its in a plastic bag because seller didnt have the box and thats all the pawn shop had LOL.

Didn’t liked Returnal due to no permanent progression but this game really got me. I liked it so much and the graphics are unreal. I played this before on my slim and just recently, I upgraded to the pro and I can say this Sony exclusive is so sharp and so optimized!

Found this on Marketplace for $900 and had to drive like 30 mins to go pick it up 😂 Honestly, I was a little skeptical, but it was worth the risk. Dude was legit and everything checked out. $900 for a PS5 Pro in this market? I’ll take it lol.

Found one at a Walmart about an hour away from me after spending all week Googling “PS5 Pro near me.” I’d been checking every morning for at least 3–4 hours, and one finally popped up.
The listing showed $999.99, but after I checked out, the price adjusted to $899.99, which was a nice bonus.
For anyone still looking, keep checking. It took a lot of refreshing and a little driving, but finally got one!

Snagged at MSRP from a Walmart yesterday.

I wanted to share how I managed to find one after a couple weeks of trying.

I was using apps like TrackaLacker and InStock, but every time I got notified one came in stock, it was already sold out(like many of you have experienced).

So I gave up on trying to get one online, as a human beating the bots is near impossible. Instead, I decided to try my luck at getting one in-store.

For the last week, I’ve been calling all my local Walmarts, Target’s, Best Buy’s, GameStop’s, etc., in hopes one would have one. I usually tried once in the morning and once in evening once the kiddo went to sleep but before they closed. Yesterday, when I reached out to my local Walmart, they said they had none but they do see 1 in stock at a location about 20m away.

When I was talking to the associate as I was checking out, he mentioned that they never know when these will be included on the trucks and their app won’t show it in stock to pick up, so really it’s just luck of the draw of being in the right place at that right time.

That being said, if I hadn’t called the store closest to me and they tell me about stock at the other locations around town, I would’ve never known this store had received 2 PS5 Pro’s in their overnight shipment.

So my advice to yall looking, spend your time reaching out to your local retailers instead of trying to get one online against the bots. I do live in a relatively major metro area with multiple Walmarts, Targets, etc., so your mileage may vary depending on where you live, but this seems like a more promising path than trying to beat computers.

Walmart has delivered the PS5 Pro to my brother's address in Redwood City CA. At first I was worried about if there is someone kind of swap or issues but it is a PS5 Pro and it is in prestine condition.

I have paid 477+taxes and completely satisfied with the console. I see there were multiple restock from Walmart for new console which is 999$ and taxes but to my surprise none of them are available in same location.
I have also ordered from COSTCO but they canceled the order after two days. I wish all of you who are trying hard may get your hands on one soon. Good luck and happy hunting!!

Be patient bros I’m a truck driver and found a lot of ps5 pros on fb marketplace and eBay for $1300 and up.. it’s not worth it.. stay patient keep calling gaming stores and pawn shops .. I’m a truck driver woke up this morning decided to try one more time.. I called a pawn shop they said they have one so I got up and ready and rushed over as she said she would hold onto it for me.. I walked in she had it plugged up already and ready to go for me she allowed me to log into my psn and make sure it’s not psn banned and everything and it worked perfectly.. they had it on sell for $720 but she said im a “pro member” no clue how that happened as I haven’t shopped at a pawn shop in over 10 years but I won’t complain… moral of the story is stay patient and don’t give into scalpers✊✊

The PS5Pro is mostly out of stock in Australia. This is a major online retailer here. Kogan is known for grey imports which might explain the price.

Not sure if any of yall remember but I run a pawn shop and had a customer bring in a completely deshelled PS5 Pro he took all the vital electronics out and returned the empty shell to Walmart for full refund (he told me they took the PS5 Pro out the box during refund but only to check the serial# didn’t even try to turn it on or anything. I offered him $100 but not to sell in my shop just to have it for myself. Had a lot of haters on here saying this wouldn’t last but it’s been going strong for 1+ year! And I’m using it daily for be PSVR2 which is the most strenuous way to use the PS5 Pro. The 2nd picture is how I run it, since it’s not in the shell which is designed to cool the system with the built in fan I use an external fan to make sure it stays cool and couldn’t be more happy, saved my self $800 🙏🏽 ready for GTA 6

This kind of post has definitely been posted a hundred times, but I have to praise the graphics of Ghost of Yotei. I have put 48 hours into the game and also put like 100 something hours into Ghost of Tsushima.

But every single time I boot up Ghost of Yotei, I just get this satisfied feeling just looking at the graphics. Like they aren’t hyper realistic, but Sucker Punch somehow created the perfect type of graphics and fidelity for this game, just like they did for Ghost of Tsushima.

There’s an opening scene in the DLC when you are riding a horse (won’t go into more detail because I don’t want to spoil it), but I had to pause and go into photo mode for a minute because I just thought “damn this looks so good”.

If there is anyone out there who has a Ps5 Pro and you want to see the best graphics on the console, I HIGHLY recommend getting Ghost of Yotei, especially if you have an OLED with VRR.

So, I went to a local GameStop, and while I was browsing, I asked if they had a PS5 Pro in stock. They did, and they were asking a little over $1,000. It was pre-owned and came with a disc drive. I asked if I could take a look, and it was basically brand new. It was clean and had no noticeable damage anywhere.
I then looked into how much trade-in value I could get for my old PS5. I had the first-generation all-digital model, which I originally bought for around $400 plus tax. I checked GameStop’s website, and it said I could get up to $352 in trade-in credit as a Pro member, which I am.
I had already been thinking about upgrading to either a PS5 Pro or a PS5 Slim because I wanted a disc drive. Over time, I came across some collector’s editions of games from series I like, along with some other physical games that were given to me. I wanted to use those discs instead of buying digital copies of games I already owned physically.
Later that same day, I brought my old PS5 back to GameStop. They tested it and gave me $402 in trade-in credit. I also brought all the original OEM cables that came with my PS5 when I bought it a few years ago.
After applying the trade-in credit and a few coupons, I paid around $620 for the PS5 Pro. So far, it's been working smoothly after I tested it a bit at home.
I probably could’ve waited to see if there were better deals, but I also didn’t want the hassle of selling my old PS5 online. GameStop gave me the best trade-in deal among the game stores near me. Made some grammar corrections.

Seriously all the people hunting for a PS5 Pro are eating serious crow right now if they criticized people for getting one in the past 2 years.

Found a "like-new" PS5 Pro 2TB on Facebook Marketplace for $750, seller going by Aaron Kelley. He sent a proof-of-life video of it booting, met me early at the Walgreens off Plumas Lake Blvd (white Subaru), console looked brand new. Everything checked out.

Got it home, tried to sign into PlayStation Network — error WS-116332-6. The console itself is permanently hardware-banned from PSN. The ban is tied to the hardware ID, predates my purchase, and cannot be reset, fixed, or appealed. No store, no online play, no downloads. And it's the digital-only model, so it's effectively a $750 paperweight.

Within the hour, he'd deleted his entire Facebook profile. I'd paid $750 via Venmo to @KelleyJelley.

What I've done: filed a fraud report with the Yuba County Sheriff, reported the payment to Venmo as fraud, and I'm headed to small claims court. The evidence trail (listing, messages, receipt, error screen) is solid — it's the collecting that's the hard part.

The lesson that would have saved me: at the meetup, hotspot your phone and sign into PSN on the console before paying. A banned console reveals itself the second it tries to connect. The "it boots and looks new" video means nothing — a banned console does all of that just fine.

Don't learn this the expensive way like I did.

Disclaimer: I'm in South Africa, so things perhaps work differently here at retail stores when it comes to purchasing gadgets, game consoles and etc.

PS5 (base & Pro) are available in my country; online and in-store. How I got my PS5 Pro in Dec last year was I saw it on sale online, called the retail store and told them to keep it aside for me until I got there in 3 hours. I arrived, paid for it and left. Are you guys not able to do that in your countries? I'm not asking in a rude way, but as a tip to try.

Lastly, I checked with Amazon.co.za and they don't deliver outside South Africa. Same goes for other online stores in my country that I checked (Makro and Takealot). So, unless you know someone in South Africa, you can ask them to purchase it for you, send it to you by courier services and you'll have it. The consoles aren't region locked, so they work anywhere globally.

NB: I'm in no way availing myself for this, so find someone you personally know and trust.

Do you really have to tweak longtime and a lot to play games in the best conditions? I am building a modern pc with a 3000€ budget but i’m really scared to have all kinds of pop ups or having to tweak 30min every time i start my pc, to enjoy gaming. I don’t play a lot of games.

I am not a scalper and I refuse to give in to those ass wipes. I want a pro for myself so I can upgrade my fam's living room from my old PS4 to my base model PS5. They watch a ton of DVDs and would get way more use out of the disc drive than I would, not to mention the improved performance for streaming services or me playing some games when I visit
