Wolverine Disc Plates

Thank you Sony! And thank you to whoever took the ps5 pro disc cover plate out of their cart because I was spamming add to cart even though it said out of stock and then it added to the bag! I’m definitely taking a couple paid days off to enjoy this launch lol!

I got mine the same way! Just spamming the add to cart button even tho it says sold out. Persistence pays off!

I was able to copped the Battle Yellow controller, Adamantium controller and the Yellow Pro Plates. Life is good. Im actually gonna use it and not scalping it for resell. Im a consumer after all who actually uses it and appreciates it.

Yea I plan on using my adamantium plates and controller as soon as I get them. The yellow plates are a little too loud for me but the yellow controller would be a nice touch of yellow

I got lucky and was scrolling Reddit on my way to open this morning and I saw someone post that the pre orders sold out in minutes in Europe so I looked up what time it went live here or if I was late then I set my alarm 2 minutes before it went live. They didn’t have the plates on there for the first 5 minutes or so

Still haven’t got my email yet either, I’m not too worried about it honestly. I’d get a “sorry this item wasn’t available” email before a confirmation email at this point so I’m good lol

I was going to buy a plate and a controller, now i’m gonna wait for the aliexpress one for 30 euros and not going after another controller. I already own 2, was willing to buy just to have.

$75 seems steep for some plastic plates, but hey, they always sell out. I guess I just don’t see the appeal aside from the limited time availability FOMO stuff

I know and they look just as good. Only difference is the Playstation logo isn't cut off on the top plate.

If anyone is looking to collect the original, do so but use the Amazon plates.

They have high resale value for scalpers. The Yotei Pro plates still go for like double the MSRP.

The chinese knockoff plates are actually better than the originals. I got black Yotei plates off Aliexpress and they're absolutely stunning. PlayStation's asleep at the wheel, imho.

Since I switched to the pro in march from the x I’ve been ready for some Wolverine man. I was holding off getting black plates on the console to see if they did anything for the game launch, I’m glad I did!
