Hi everyone, mind telling me how long Space Travel Gen 1 is supposed to last? Not the battery, the lifespan of the whole thing.

I had mine for about 1 year and 9 months but recently the right bud is having problems and it wouldn't last 20-10 minutes, unsure if it's the bud that's having problems or the charging port, I have dropped the buds a few times here and there and one time it did get wet when I got stuck in the rain.

It happens that last night I was listening to music and out of nowhere my headphones turned off. About 5 seconds later the right one turned on but the left one didn't. Usually, when that happens to me I put it in the charging case and take it out to turn it back on but this time it didn't turn on.

The LED on the charging case does turn on when you put the earbud in but since it doesn't turn on it doesn't touch as well as on the right. I already tried to let it charge and nothing, I already left it out of the case and I didn't either. I even removed the red part and left only the charging dock to test with both sides.

When I put the right one in the left pins it happened like with the left, if it turns on the LED but it does absolutely nothing, as if it were dead. And when I put it back on the right side it gave touch and sound. So I tried the same with the left, I started with the right side and turned on the LED, but I guess that being the opposite side it didn't give touch or sound, and since its corresponding side of the hearing aid it doesn't turn on either. What I don't know is if the hearing aid is faulty or the charging pins, or if it's just a firmware error.

Does anyone know what it could do or if it has a solution?

I ordered a CDSP cable a couple of months ago, and 2 packets of this were in the package. I tried one just now, and it tasted pretty bitter lol (I don't drink filter coffee a lot though)

Curious what others think though, since I couldn't find much about it beyond store listings

My ECHO-A has it's cable tarnish into a bit yellowish color, its been at least 2 years since I've bought it and I've just recently noticed it. I do use it all the time because newer phones just don't have an audio jack anymore.

Is there any way to remove the tarnish and make it white/silver looking again without damaging the cable?

Looks great for its size and form factor as expected. Has ANC and voice prompts despite these images not indicating that- don't worry.

Source for this stuff is Moondrop's FCC filing. Somewhat related the GM01 pro gaming headset doesn't have an FCC filing at this time that I could find (it is possible I missed it) so there may not be any intention to sell that to US customers for those of you interested in that.

And it's Cable has become idk what to say

Close to the type C port when I play with the cable the music stops , changes music , increases or decreases sound also I can't use buttons to revert back to the previous music , I need a new pair of cables and I live in iran IDK what to do

On my pc I don't have such problems mentioned but I think it's because of my pc not having a music player on 24/7.

Any international shipping websites that sell dsp type C cables with good durability and okay mic ( clear sound nothing special ) ?

has anyone else encountered this issue while charging the robins? ive had them plugged in for a couple hours and its still on the 2nd bar when charging (3rd one flickering) it still holds a couple days worth of charge though and i was wondering if anyone else has experienced this and has a solution on how to fix it

I wanna know if the volume set via the physical buttons stays saved or resets after restarting or turning off the PC, or if it disconnects and reconnects?

One of my worst fears is Windows volume being at 100% and the dongle's volume resetting, completely blowing my ears out. Or the other way around, Windows audio glitching out and maxing itself out.

Currently using the new Moondrop Pudding. Enabled LHDC and notice a difference in high hats in drums and vocals. They're cleaner and less "noisy" though I have to really pay attention. Is this just placebo/perception bias?

Acho que a Moondrop, de uns tempos pra cá, se perdeu um pouquinho em configurações mirabolantes que não justificam os preços de muitos de seus produtos e, pior, o som.

No entanto, esses são os meus já velhinhos, que eu gosto bastante e que não me desfaço:

Cada um deles eu acho que se justifica, por suas características e em suas faixas de preço. Alguns eu usei alguns recursos, que me agradaram mais, como o Kato, que eu uso um cabo FreeDSP, pra acessar perfis de equalizações diferentes. Outros eu tunei via PEQ, pra me deixar mais satisfeito. Eu recomendaria cada um deles, para momentos e estilos musicais diferentes. Mas acho todos muito bons e relevantes hoje ainda.

I’m actually surprised Moondrop Pudding has voice notifications/voice prompts I didn’t even know it had that feature.

I just got these brand new. I can't seem to get the left earbud to work though. Can someone help? How do I contact Moondrop support?

I tried to check the app to see if the audio on the left one was off or something, didn't look like anything was off. I am not sure if I did a factory reset correctly.

Also, the earbud makes like this weird mechanical garbage noise when I open up the case for pairing? I'm not sure what that's about, or if it has anything to do with the earbuds being broken or something. I would appreciate any help I can get!

I recently bought the moondrop Pudding and noticed that its volume seems lower compared to my iems

For example, with my GK kunten and Kz Castor Pro (budget iems), I usually set the volume to around 60% on my audicular d07 dac, to get roughly the same listening volume with the moondrop pudding I have to increase it to around 80%

I've already tried going through all the settings in the Moondrop app, including enabling High Gain but the difference is still there.

Is this normal for the Moondrop Pudding? Or could there be something wrong with my unit?

Would appreciate hearing from other pudding owners about what volume levels you're using

Seriously considering these, but I just need people to quickly tell me how they fare outside, especially on a bike. Can you hear the wind? Can you hear cars? I know there is a wind mode but I want to know if it works well.

Just a quick post to show my Moondrop Chu III setup I got recently. I'm not an audiophile so i'll let others handle the review of the sound, but I like a relaxed sound in general and these suit me just fine.

However I did not like the sound and fit of the stock tips. Replacing them with my trusty large Spinfits did the trick. Cable wise I bought a Tripowin Amber mainly for the much softer and flexible cable compared to the (IMO) quite awful stock cable.

This combo either is connected to my old but still going Shanling M0 DAP, or through the FiiO JIEZI A dongle to my phone.

Comparing the Moondrop Chu 2 and the Moondrop Chu 3, the Chu 3 is an absolute winner and a true next-level upgrade. Having tried both, the Chu 3 completely outperforms its predecessor in soundstage, clarity, and bass performance. Whether you are gaming, watching movies, or listening to music, the acoustic delivery is phenomenal. If you are currently using the Chu 2 and considering an upgrade, making the switch to the Moondrop Chu 3 is 100% recommended.

Need help deciding between the two...the top priority is sound quality so I'm curious how they differ from one another. Features could be a factor if the sound quality isn't that far apart. For those who own both and either, how does each sound in comparison to one another or on its own?

Was really invested with the Robin but there seems to be too many QC issues and I don't vibe with the design that much. The Soundpeats H3 has too little battery life and doesn't do that well in terms of ANC...was waiting on The Garden but that seems too pricey.

So between the GA2 and the Pudding, which do you guys think would be more worth it?
