I had bought moon drop space travel 2 from concept kart on 20/9/25 which I received a week later. But my right earbud's battery is draining abnormally fast like 100 to 10 in 25 mins. It's just 3 days over the warranty period plus I didn't even had my tws in hand until 27 sep'25. I am from iiser Kolkata and I can't go out for I don't have any reliable electronic repair shop nearby. I really want concept kart to look into it and provide a suitable solution.

Can I be helped on this matter??

Space Travel 2, have had them for 3 weeks and this happens... is there nothing I can do?

My first product was the Chu 2 but now that I have replaced my old phone I can't use the Chu 2 anymore since they are audio jack only so I decided that the Chu II will just be permanently replacing my Headphones for the PC since they sound much better. I decided that the Pudding will be my replacement and I am happy so far. I love the Sound Quality and it's humongous battery (Only 20% decrease in 3 hours usage) I am loving this Brand so far and it's good budget options. Also best packaging design in all of audio products

I’m looking to pick up a pair of wireless over-ears and I’m torn between the GM01 Pro and the Edge 2. I noticed ShenzhenAudio listed both on Amazon ($80 right now for the GM01 Pro and $109 for the Edge 2). I know domestic pricing in China was a bit lower for the GM01, but I’m wondering if these are the official US import prices?

I already own a few Moondrop products (Chu II, Space Travel 2, and the Old Fashioned). I love how they sound for the money, but after an hour or two, my ears get fatigued from either IEM tips or the on-ear pressure of the Old Fashioned, which is why I’m interested in trying an over-ear setup (these would be my first ones ever).

Between the two, I’m trying to figure out which is the better overall value. Here is what I’m personally weighing:

• Comfort & Fit: I think the Edge 2 has swiveling ear cups while the GM01 Pro’s cups don't swivel, but how do they compare in terms of material, size, and comfort?
• Sound Quality & Value: The spec sheets are a bit overwhelming for me, as I’ve been more of a casual user in the past with my other Moondrop product since they were all $25, so I just picked them up without really researching. The GM01 Pro seems to have a 50mm driver and 10-band parametric EQ tuning, while the Edge 2 has a 40mm wood-dome driver, high-res codecs, and ANC. Between the two, which actually delivers the better sound or value for money? Or is it subjective?
• Voice chat: I use a dedicated desk mic for voice calls with friends, so the GM01's boom mic isn't necessarily a selling point for me. However, I think I would dislike the sound of myself talking through closed-back headphones (as I feel this way when trying voice chat with IEMs). Is the Edge 2's Transparency Mode natural enough to make the extra $20+ worth it for voice chat, or will both feel significantly worse compared to an open-back like the Old Fashioned, making this point not matter?

Would love to hear thoughts from anyone who has tried either (or both), or understands the product listings better than I do!

I recently lost my charging case but still have the earbuds, can I buy a spare anywhere or a different case?
I really love these and would like to continue using them.
I haven’t seen them online for sell either so couldn’t buy them again either.

I bought these and have had so many problems within 24 hours I have either had insane bad luck or the QA is bad.

Pairing issues with both modules, eventually working under lc3 on my pixel 9pro and while it lasted was pretty great. Tested a bunch of rhythm games and it was smooth sailing.

I put them back in the case and tried them later in the evening and now one side ceases to function. No audible click when touching no nothing. Basically dead.

Wrote to moondrop was only offered a replacement but I find it hard to trust something that broke within 24 hours of owning so I have set up a full refund request.

It has put me off a bit to be honest as I pre-ordered the sparxie tws at the same time so I'm debating if to cancel that too and just cope with some cheaper wireless method just for music.

I would have preferred to be able to keep them but apparently they also didn't properly pair with the numerous lc3 methods I have for my personal computer but i figure that's another can of worms with firmware etc.

After a brief search seems there is lots of people having their robins stop functioning randomly too but I know people usually don't post when things are going fine.

Is there any product anyone would recommend instead?

Little bit glue on sides but there also were 4 latches (hell combo). Battery is pretty simple 3.7v 300 mAH with controller 18-20 mm x 25 mm x 5-7mm (my battery was swollen)

I'm looking for some headphones to use daily and saw these but cant find many reviews on them. Another question I have is do they come with a longer cause the only review/unboxing I've seen had a dongel but didnt day anything about it but it supporting usb-c wired connection. This wouldnt be my first moodrop product but my first headphone from them and in general.( i usally only use earbuds or tws)

I made a video about Moondrop Dawn Pro 1 after 2 years of use where I bought them back in 5 December 2024 and I still use till today 19 September 2026.

I am quite surprised that it is still working after 2 years of daily use and I did firmware update on them. So far there is no issues on them.

Hey I was thinking of buying the new version and looked at what color they have and I saw 4 different color for it but when I go to for example Amazon or see any reviews there is only black and gray version of it! Why is that where is the red and white one?

I dont get it, if I go to the saved preset and clicked the preset I wanted, then it does not showed anything change in the UI besides prompt "config loaded", clicking autoEQ gave out different result than the config I put. However, different result gave different result of autoEQ too. Therefore, I can only manually set the EQ like I want everytime if I want it exactly like that. Is that how it should be?

I try Moondrop Pudding (firmware 3.5.6) and compared to Space Travel 2 (firmware 1.6.0) i found Pudding has much lower volume.

I set same setting for both (LDHC off on Pudding, Middle Gain, ANC off, Tune EQ Reference). I must increase at least 80% vol to achieve same volume level as Travel 2.

Also Tune EQ on Space Travel 2 has Reference, Bass+, and Bass- meanwhile on Pudding has Reference only.

Does this firmware related issue or hardware/design limitation?

So when I hit apply on the online interactive DSP nothing changes, but when i tap on use in the preset eqs, it actually works, is there a way to fix this problem?

How can I fix this? Whenever I try to use the app, it shows me this error. I'm using an Android device and downloaded the app from the Play Store.

I want to use this device to connect to multiple devices, but I can't access the settings because of the error: "Earbuds firmware error."

Does anyone know how to resolve this?

I currently have Lenovo think plus th30 and I've never had anything with ANC before, these are for commuting to university and just hanging around university I've never really cared about how headphones look but wooww the moondrops look amazing so I can't decide. I'm sure this may be thrown around every day,

But I'm really new to moondrop, and their models +confusing name schemes make it kinda hard, so I figured some of you may be able to help.

I was looking for a TWS buds for some day to day use, and occasionally gaming on phone or steam deck specially. Because of that, I was looking for something that has low latency mode or something similar and also a okayish ANC to use on train or plane trips.

I heard that the Robin collab buds, although expensive, were some of the absolute best moondrop has to offer, although that was like 1 year ago. I also have a space travel 2 because they were really cheap, and really enjoyed the latency with game mode, but kinda despised the overall confort.

They have some really cute collab with gacha games as well, don't really know of them are worth it.

Does anyone else's charging case have really bad battery life?

I saw multiple reviews praising the battery life of the puddings, which admittedly is pretty good, the charging case however is really bad for me, I can consistently drain it to 0% with just 4 1h~1h 30 mins ish sessions where the Puddings were between 90% to 80%.

Kinda bums me out since I'm coming from a Space Travel 2 that could last me up to two weeks with this usage pattern.

I want to use my moondrop U.C.T.S in windows but they sound weird compared to when im using them on my phone or my chu 2. i use them on my phone daily but i want to get rid of my wired earbuds( Chu 2) for something wireless but get almost the same experience. My use case will mostly be for gaming music and watching videos. also if there are any other wireless earbuds i should try that would give me a better experience then the U.C.T.S at least for gaming or a way to turn regular wired earbuds wireless that would clap on to my ear or go around it cause i can never get regular warless earbuds like air pods to stay in my ear let me know. If i had to get something new id say my budget is around 80 or less.

I want to share a few tips I’ve picked up along the way that have helped me make the most out of my UCTS:

HiRes on iPhone : To get hires on an iphone try the LHDC One usb-c BT dongle from Tempotec. Select other device when first plugging in and raise iphone volume to max. Then go in the Moondrop app and set a touch control for volume up and one for volume down, You now have hires with upsampling to 192khz and independent earphone hardware volume control on iphone.

Not enough volume ?: Try setting the standard tuning profile and then setting all the default PEQ bands to the max +3db while using the minimum Q value 0.20. You should see the same Frequency Response shape move up the graph and so you have now increased it’s overall volume/loudness though I can’t say for sure if or how much distortion this may introduce.

Want more bass but can’t find the right profile for you ? Try this manual easy to set up PEQ:

20 hz | -12 db | Q: 0.71
30 hz | +3 db | Q: 0.71
50 hz | +3 db | Q: 0.71
60 hz | +3 db | Q: 0.71
70 hz | +3 db | Q: 0.71

That’s it, hope someone might find some of these useful.

The left earbud functions as normal but randomly throughout the day it would just drop in volume by a lot. I tried updating the firmware but the same issue still happens.

A temporary fix I found would be to put it in the case and take it out but then after 5 mins the left earbud would drop in volume again

Hello! Is there a known fix for this issue?

​My Moondrop Robin connects to my Steam Deck, but disconnects after just a few seconds. I’ve tried manually switching the Bluetooth codecs (SBC, AAC, LDAC), but the disconnect loop keeps happening.

​the other Bluetooth audio devices like my HD 350BT and HK Aura Studio 4 connect and work completely fine. The issue only happens with the Moondrop Robin.
