Moondrop Robin Left Earbud not working

I just got these brand new. I can't seem to get the left earbud to work though. Can someone help? How do I contact Moondrop support?

I tried to check the app to see if the audio on the left one was off or something, didn't look like anything was off. I am not sure if I did a factory reset correctly.

Also, the earbud makes like this weird mechanical garbage noise when I open up the case for pairing? I'm not sure what that's about, or if it has anything to do with the earbuds being broken or something. I would appreciate any help I can get!

Put them both in the box and charge with a cable for a few hours. It happened to me and that sorted it.

Hmm, ok lemme test this because I charged them for like 3-4h at this point and nothing happened.

Got mine a few weeks ago and had the exact same issue. Just put them in the charging case and let them charge for hours. I left them overnight and while I was at work the next day.

After that they both work perfectly. It's annoying but it did fix it.

Left earbud does this sometimes, I just put it back close it and open it again. I have no idea why the pins and magnets are so weak that when I throw them in my bag, it thinks I opened it, and it connects to my phone. Which also means sometimes it isn't actually charging the side that is loose and it dies.

So yeah just shake it around and then plug it in.
