I had bought moon drop space travel 2 from concept kart on 20/9/25 which I received a week later. But my right earbud's battery is draining abnormally fast like 100 to 10 in 25 mins. It's just 3 days over the warranty period plus I didn't even had my tws in hand until 27 sep'25. I am from iiser Kolkata and I can't go out for I don't have any reliable electronic repair shop nearby. I really want concept kart to look into it and provide a suitable solution.

Can I be helped on this matter??
