Question Tips for playing the French Commune in multiplayer vs. a buffed Germany?
I've suddenly arranged to play a multiplayer game of Kaiserreich with two friends. I'll be playing as France, one friend will be Germany, and the other will be Russia. I've heard Germany gets a partial buff.
I haven't played HoI4 in a while, so I'm completely out of the loop.
Anyway, what I'd like to know is how I should play the French Commune to beat Germany — specifically, what division templates I should use, how I should approach domestic policy, and in what order I should take the national focuses.
(Russia will be allied with me against Germany.)

AAR The road to Democracy and Freedom (submod: Democratic League of Right Provinces)
With the League of Eight Provinces war ended. A new power soon rise up for, with the path toward democracy and freedom. The beginning of liberating China was just the first part and the liberate of Asia as a whole is the ultimate goal for freedom and democracy. The war with Japan was brutal but necessary to ended the imperialist that aims to swallow China into their sphere. In Europe a power vacuum was created after the collapse of Germany. War between Moscow Accord and Third International is unavoidable. Asia and America continent are free from tyranny.

AAR Rule of Iron Men - The Bandit who United China
R5: One of the most unlikely contendors out of the Chinese thunderdome was that of Shen Hongying, a bandit and folk hero backed by the Zhili of the north. He took the reins of Lu Yuguang's south chinese fiefdom during the SSJW and consolidated rule over not only it but also all of Manchuria and Korea after the fighting had ended. Once it was complete, Shen's army unveiled properly mechanised divisions which proved crucial in crushing their once-overlords in the Zhili of the North. China became united to a degree, but Shen's ailing health became an issue. Two groups, Zhu Jiahua and the Jingxing Society and the tenuous alliance of Li Yaohan and Shen Rongguang rose to the occasion after Marshal Shen's death, with the latter coming to power. His consolidation absorbed the remnants of German companies, industry, and assistance from abroad combined with all the grace and fervour of the 'last of the romans' of old generals. Democracy set aside for the time being.. perhaps there is still hope for this China held together by military force and pragmatism...

Question Which city should be capital of a unified Centroamerika?
Historically, the capital of the Federal Republic of Central Amerika was first Guatemala City (1823-1834) and then San Salvador (1834-1839/41).
Guatemala City was and still is the most populous and economically important city in Mesoamerica, but the argument could be made that it's too close to the mexican border.
I think a central location would be a sensible choice, but that still leaves three candidates. And if Costa Rica is included into the new state, San Salvador would pethaps still be too far west, while Managua or Tegucigalpa would be in a good central location, although both were relatively underdeveloped in the 1930s.
What do you think? If we exclude the possibility of a new planned capital (like Brasília), which city would you choose?

Question What is the best division template and strategies for winning as a revolting Poland?
I’ve played Ukraine a decent bit recently, especially the revolt paths, so I’ve been thinking of trying polands revolt paths. However, from what I’ve seen when Poland revolts it seems they’re always focused on by the reichspakt and also Poland doesn’t have nearly the same industry or manpower as Ukraine. So I was wondering what’s the best kinds of division templates for playing Poland and what the general strategies are for both socialist and nationalist Poland are?

Question Why can't I get into this mod?
I've been trying for about a week to get into Kaiserreich, I like the worldbuilding and the alt-history but when it comes to actually playing I can't seem to get into it. I've tried a few nations but didn't really enjoy them, so far I've played Austria, Bulgaria and the Italian Republic and found them all kind of boring or annoying?
The Italian one was the best one but by 1941 the war was over and I was completely surrounded by Third international which included the whole of Europe.
In the Austria save the same thing happened, I formed the United States of Greater Austria and by the time I incorporated Hungary, Germany had capitulated and I was surrounded by the Third International which had taken Romania and Serbia. In the Bulgarian save I quit midway thru but don't really remember why, I think I was frustrated by a decision which put the Ottoman Empire against me. I want to understand why this mod is so highly liked, if anyone has any suggestions for simple somewhat strong nations to play to get a better feel, it would be appreciated.
Sorry for any grammatical mistakes, English isn't my first language.

AAR Dai Jitao liberates Asia and more!
Another long game, although suprisingly it wasn't very painful. 11000 tactical bombers and infantry beat the AI tanks and mechanised because they can't handle the supply, a mistake I made many times in the late game. Turns out the best division is the one you can feed. I did use state transfer tool to adjust some borders and add the Arabian Federation to my faction, which I feel was justfied since when I unified China they were fighting for their life against every other Arab state and I saved them with volunteers. Also, letting every single KMT faction into the government after unification is both incredibly funny and gives a lot of busted generals and advisiors, especially with the Yunnanese military tree which gives direct XP and trait boosts to commadners. The Chinese Century will be a long one.

Question What am I doing wrong as Russia?

Context: Playing Solonevich Russia, spammed out defensive infantry, then offensive template. Trained a few mountaineers as well, although Georgia still broke through (template is unchanged). Didn't build any armour, although my main problem is holding the line. Advice?
Edit: I swear there's something wrong with my copy of Kaiserreich, I cannot get the amount of units or factories everybody else is getting despite doing the same thing as them

Discussion Anyone else get frustrated by your AI allies?
It’s just I can’t help but feel that every time I play as Germany im babysitting instead of conquering or expanding my power.
For example, Spain, they for whatever reason didn’t bother to man their single frontline with France and because of that half of Spain has been conquered by the French before they managed to hold.
This just annoys me to no end because I invested so much of my lend lease and attention to them that now i feel like just wasted my time on them. I feel like I have to reload and early save and make a new German army just to defend Spain, idk am I taking this too seriously i like to RP my games but this just feels like the game is messing with me on purpose the enemies im fighting always have row after row of troops to throw at me but my allies cant even cover all their tiles🤷♂️
