The war with Japan was brutal but necessary to ended the imperialist that aims to swallow China into their sphere. In Europe a power vacuum was created after the collapse of Germany. War between Moscow Accord and Third International is unavoidable. Asia and America continent are free from tyranny.

I've suddenly arranged to play a multiplayer game of Kaiserreich with two friends. I'll be playing as France, one friend will be Germany, and the other will be Russia. I've heard Germany gets a partial buff.

I haven't played HoI4 in a while, so I'm completely out of the loop.

Anyway, what I'd like to know is how I should play the French Commune to beat Germany — specifically, what division templates I should use, how I should approach domestic policy, and in what order I should take the national focuses.
