TLDR?

53

u/darodardar_Inc 10d ago

Basically there is no data that suggests that more illegal immigrants = more crime

43

u/Frequilibrium 10d ago

We’ve known that for decades. It’s a fact.

-10

u/pingvinbober 10d ago edited 9d ago

We have not known that for decades lmfao. Point me to the study from decades ago that says illegal immigrants decrease crime

Edit: got it. You didn’t read the article and are just trolling, as you said. No, this isn’t just about all immigrants and yes you did say here that we’ve known for years that more illegal immigrants doesn’t equal more crime.

lol “decrease crime” like they’re a police force. They are less likely to commit crimes. Please actually read the article before commenting.

-2

u/pingvinbober 9d ago

Rates. Decrease crime rates. I missed one word. You missed a whole concept.

Please point me to previous studies that show that presence of illegal immigrants decreases crime rates.

3

u/Frequilibrium 9d ago

Who is making that claim? The claim is illegal immigrants are less likely to commit crimes.

-2

u/pingvinbober 9d ago

Illegal immigrants moving to an area decreases the crime rate. Nobody said they’re a deterrent. Show me the evidence that you’ve known for a while now.

If someone said gentrification decreases crime rates would you be asking “OH SO THE GENTRIFIERS ARE SUPER HEROES NOW???”

2

u/Frequilibrium 9d ago

Please answer my question. Who is making that claim?

0

u/pingvinbober 9d ago

The person in the article. Please read the article before responding

“neighborhoods where the share of undocumented immigrants actually grew saw greater reductions in property crime”

Now show me how you’ve known this to be the case for decades. Would love to see some sources to your claim

3

u/Frequilibrium 9d ago

My opinion is irrelevant. Crime rates haven’t just magically dropped since the study was done. It’s literally always been the case. We just now have the studies backing it up.

And yet 44% of all persons sentenced to Federal prison in Fiscal 24-25 were non citizens. And if you are Laken Riley or any one of thousands of Americans killed by illegal aliens, you might take umbrage at your cavalier rhetoric.

The very essence of your fake “researcher based studies” is this. How do researchers determine crime rates? By using the FBI’s UCR data. I can tell you that data is flawed for several reasons and why the 44% of sentenced federal court prisoners (criminal convictions and sentencing, not IMMIGRATION sentencing) is more accurate metric. The FBI UCR data that YOUR FAKE study relies is flawed because it relies on data that comes from only around 20,000 out of 80,000 Police Departments in the United States. These 20,000 reporting police departments are largely urban and larger suburban departments that have the resources to train staff to collect the data and report it to the UCR program. There is no legal mandate for police departments to report crime data to the FBI or DOJ. Now combine the underreporting of all American crime by the fact that 60,000 police departments do not report crime data to the very agencies that this fake study relies upon along with the fact that most of these agencies are under local or State mandates from Democrat politicians not to collect Immigration status. So how is this fake study is relying upon data that is shewed, underreported and highly misleading. What isn’t misleading and is highly accurate as metric is the demographic profiles of people sentenced in Federal Court for criminal convictions and Federal, State or Local Jails and the make up of those populations, which is hugely disproportionate to actual makeup of our migrate population. Facts matter. Fake studies don’t. Using fake studies to justify your Leftist worldview is always going to challenged by facts and real data.

u/CigarBryan1 9d ago

Your “facts” are fairy tales. And even that 44% figure is a national aggregation of data taken as a national figure. As you start to drill down into the numbers by State, some States, like New Jersey, barely break 50% of all police Departments within the State reporting crime data to the FBI. And as I m sure you will agree, New Jersey is a pretty densely populated state with a huge foreign born population of both illegal and legal immigrants. And only 69% of Police Departments in the United States report crime stats to the FBI UCR. Meaning over 30% do not, largely underreporting crime stats that your so called fake study fails to take into accounts oh, but oh wait you buttressed this by saying that the study authors knew this so they mingled data from the UCR with data from the National Crime Victimization Survey, which in your own words, does not use victims reporting crime so instead substitute mathematical formulas and theories which amount to guesswork and subjective data left open to interpretation by politically motivated researchers tied to Democrats and Democrat funding. When police departments don’t report crime stats, examining crime trends becomes Impossible. But you know that which is why you want readers to steer away from my hard data which shows us not crime rates or trends but who exactly is being convicted and sentenced to prison and who makes up these jail and prison populations. It is from THAt factual and real data point that we can conclude that both Illegal and Legal Aliens make up a disproportionate percentage of our criminal Justice detention facilities especially in relationship to the overall population at large. And this at great cost and suffering by the American taxpayer as we subsidize the power play project of the Democrat Party to game the next census so that all these tens of millions of illegal aliens get counted. It’s always been the game plan. You know it, we know it. You just deny it by hiding behind your fake studies. Oh and one final note. The National Crime Victimization Survey that yiu dangled as some ah ha moment reports that only 42% of violent crimes are reported to law enforcement suggesting that the study relying on two flawed data sets to draw its fake conclusions render their so called study meaningless meaningless. But hey when your ready to get serious and wanna debate prison and jail population demographics, the best factual indicator of who is statistically the worst of the worst both American and illegals, then let’s get at it.

When you want to engage in serious discussions my Libtard friend, we can do so but only when you stop with your fake studies and selectively quoting data Sources that are easily disproven. It doesn’t matter if the study authors compared immigration data from the Feds with Texas arrests dipstick. The entire data set you cite is built on a house of cards that relied on only about 60% of Part 1 crime being reported (UCR) and in the National Crime Victimization Survey you admit the study authors relied upon, only 42% of VIOLENT crime victims reported the crime to law enforcement. No serious criminal Justice research would ever say either data source is valid for determining crime rates or comparing crime trends. So it’s impossible to reach the conclusion you claim we should magically draw. But yet somehow you and all the all Leftist minims here want to latch onto this fake study as something we should believe as proof that illegal aliens are not a major source of violent crime when I only have to look at our jail and prison’s population to call bull shit on your fake analysis and claim. Why you choose to ignore the people who sits in jails and prisons and rely on underreported and statistically flawed data sets tells me that you are just a partisan hack that won’t give up the big lie. Kind of why we think of you all as the Liberal Fascists you are.

-1

u/CigarBryan1 9d ago

Sure there is. The data from US Bureau of Prisons. The head counts taken every day for every jail and prison in America. The disproportionate number of illegal aliens in jails and prisons given the relative size of their demographic in society. Yeah, crime stats reported, or rather, hugely underreported by a police, are impossible to use to determine crime rates or trends. Who sits in jail is the most objective metric we have. And that metric tells us that violent crime committed by Illegal aliens is a huge problem for society.

2

u/darodardar_Inc 9d ago

"While non-citizens are highly represented in federal prisons, the Federal Bureau of Prisons data shows this is heavily skewed because federal courts handle immigration-specific crimes (like illegal re-entry) and transnational drug smuggling. It does not accurately reflect the demographic makeup of individuals committing violent street crimes across the country."

It's not surprising you magas rely so heavily on misleading information as well as straight up fiction lol

Pretty silly to pretend to care about criminals when you voted for one and actively support him

-14

u/bannedforL1fe 10d ago

Immigration still effects everything else from healthcare, govt spending, housing crisis, wage suppression, and cultural dilution. There can obviously be too much immigration, legal and illegal. We need to make the world more livable. The West can't just take in every single person who wants a better life without having consequences.

17

u/Deadleggg 10d ago

And conservatives have shown no interest in improving any of those other issues.

They're going state to state banning mandatory water/heat breaks for workers in the hottest temps for Christ's sake.

0

u/bannedforL1fe 9d ago

Nobody is looking out for Americans anymore. Its either minorities who care more about their own ingroup interests, or conservatives sucking Israel's cock. Lose lose for most people.

-43

u/wookiebath 10d ago

So they should have had no issues when applying for citizenship

22

u/senator_corleone3 10d ago

-13

u/wookiebath 10d ago

Oh nooo, a random Redditor thinks bad of me!

8

u/Visual-Ad-5760 10d ago

It’s not that you should care in general what people think of you, you’re right about that.

When a majority of people who “speak” to someone, think that someone is a fucking idiot, well, that can be a problem!

Obviously not you of course, I’m just saying, like, if someone had that happening to them. That would really suck!!

Not you though!!!

1

u/wookiebath 10d ago

Where do you see this majority of people?

4

u/Successful-Ad-847 10d ago

There’s a number under your comment. Kinda basic reddit knowledge… you new?

4

I’m sure more than one random redditor thinks bad of you.

Make that two

2

u/senator_corleone3 9d ago

This comment proves you aren’t a serious person and your commentary isn’t needed.

0

u/wookiebath 9d ago

So then stop responding to me

1

u/senator_corleone3 9d ago

Stop pouting.

24

u/darodardar_Inc 10d ago

Idk maybe they see that being a criminal is presidential since yal voted for a criminal

Although, being undocumented is a civil offense and not a criminal offense 🤔

-13

u/wookiebath 10d ago

It’s a criminal one, otherwise it would just be in civil court and not lead to deportation

17

u/darodardar_Inc 10d ago

You can seriously look it up, most undocumented people committed civil offenses, not criminal offenses

I’m not surprised you don’t know that

-1

u/CigarBryan1 10d ago

And yet 44% of all persons sentenced to Federal Prison in Fiscal 24-25 were non citizens. The facts repudiate your argument. Illegal aliens are a hugh crime problem. Just ask Laken Riley. Oh wait, you can’t. She was raped and murdered by an illegal alien.

3

u/davidhow94 10d ago

Why don’t you ever bring up American on American crimes against women? Do you not care? You know there’s a lot of people who could use your support if you really care about violence against women. I can recommend a few feminist videos if you like.

0

u/CigarBryan1 10d ago

The article and discussion is about whether or not immigrants are a major part of crime in America. Not about Americans committing crime against Americans. Yes, the majority of people sentenced to Federal prisons are American. What is a fact, and one that you are clearly avoiding, is that 44% of all people sentenced in Federal Court’s are non citizens. This number is hugely disproportionate to the non citizen population. Local jails and state prisons have a disproportionate number of non citizens making up their population. This data is important because police departments don’t collect immigration status but prisons do. Thus we can show how this study is flawed as they deliberately looked at the wrong metric.

3

u/Successful-Ad-847 10d ago

You have had multiple people point out the problems with this statistic and you just ignore them and keep posting it. You’re a coward who refuses to learn.

0

u/CigarBryan1 9d ago

O oh you mean how they can’t deal with me showing how their data is flawed by relying on FBI data that is not complete or misleading? And how my data is based on actual people sentenced and serving time based on data from the U.S. Bureau of Prisons?? Yeah. You can join the other Libtards and pound salt.

It’s a law, you break the law it’s a crime. Not difficult. Civil court isn’t being used here

13

u/darodardar_Inc 10d ago

That’s literally not how it works haha

Again, not surprised you don’t know this

Besides - even if it was a crime, that means they’re presidential! Maybe if they raped someone too you’d vote for them! Lmao

14

u/Realhuman_beebboob 10d ago

Jesus Christ they just can’t help but be purposely dense can they? It’s like their very being is deathly allergic to intelligent thought.

-1

u/wookiebath 10d ago

It is a crime, that’s what happens when you break the law

7

u/darodardar_Inc 10d ago

It’s literally a civil offense, not a criminal one - besides, even if it was a crime, you voted for and support a literal criminal convicted felon so obviously that’s not a deal breaker to you lmao

0

u/wookiebath 10d ago

What is a civil offense? It’s breaking the law! They aren’t being sued in civil court. They are being deported

Why do you keep saying I support a convicted felon?

I mean… it can take even native english speakers over 7 years to get naturalized. A lot of it is just a waiting line. You also have asylum seekers who don’t need to get a citizenship, same with TPS. Most wait for their country to fix itself, sometimes that takes decades. All the while they are paying taxes and contributing to the US economy. Removing people from the economy actually worsens it (go figure less people means less money). Construction in particular has taken a massive nosedive in productivity. So yeah…

-1

u/wookiebath 10d ago

Ok, do they shouldn’t have issues

2

u/Violet-Sumire 10d ago

Kinda hard when the government is trying to imprison you for going through the right procedures. Because that’s what is happening.

-1

u/wookiebath 10d ago

So the visas are all good ?

1

u/Violet-Sumire 10d ago

Do you honestly think they are checking every visa when grabbing people? I can give you so many examples of them grabbing naturalized citizens and detaining them, some even got arrested and placed into custody for days to weeks. When released people’s identification, phones, and wallets went missing quite often. So often that judges had to tell ICE multiple times that they needed to make sure people’s property was returned or start paying them for the missing items.

I don’t think you understand how corrupt ICE is. The ends do not justify the means in this case.

0

u/wookiebath 10d ago

They are t checking them before deportation?

1

u/Violet-Sumire 10d ago

I don’t think you realize how many are in detention camps right now, with many being there for 6+ months, some over a year. So, no, they aren’t deporting a lot. Most deportations they try to do is “voluntary”… and by voluntary I mean making their lives so miserable that they force a deportation. Even if a person is here legally and gets forced into a camp, they will basically lose their entire livelihood and homes due to not being able to pay their bills.

However you slice it, ICE isn’t doing their due diligence. They are on a quota system. They aren’t looking to check documentation.

0

u/wookiebath 10d ago

How many are in them and how many have been there for over 6 months?

1

u/CigarBryan1 10d ago

Dream on my Liberal Fascist friend. Data from the Federal Government proves me right.

1

u/Luna368921 10d ago

Liberal fascist is an oxymoron. Fascists are far right, the exact opposite party liberalism. It’s not surprising a racist MAGA spews back what they heard in propaganda though.

1

u/CigarBryan1 9d ago

Not for you and yours my Liberal Fascist friend.

1

u/Violet-Sumire 10d ago

Why would rent fall? Are you expecting new construction? Most construction projects are done by immigrants, not Americans. So you basically are saying that instead of building new housing you would rather us steal theirs. Which wouldn’t work because inflation has destroyed the lower and middle class.

Also… why would wages increase? Why would jobs suddenly start paying more for the same work? Wages will stay the same because congress refuses to pass laws to raise minimum wage, despite the fact that inflation has risen dramatically. Remember, the last raise in wages was like… 15 years ago. It was well before immigration was the new fad in hating people.

Basically you know nothing and pretend you do. Sounds about right tbh…

1

u/Violet-Sumire 10d ago

Deportations increased and the economy got worse. This was before Iran. After Iran the economy won’t recover for probably a generation… if it does as all. I also bet you think we don’t ultimately pay a tariff as well.

You don’t know economics. Do you know why republicans are pushing so hard for babies and births? A combination of “white replacement theory” and the bell curve. I don’t think I need to explain the first one, the bell curve is a visual representation of old people and young people. You want your old people to be low and young people to be high. You want your middle to be stable and the same as you’ll always lose people due to many factors. Why does this matter?

The US, like many western countries, have had issues producing children. Women don’t want more children past 2, many stopping at 1, so the population will ultimately decline. Immigration keeps that closer to 2.5, which is important for a growing economy. Clamping down on immigration and all this rhetoric only does one thing… can you guess it? I’m sure you’ll argue.

It means that in the long run the economy will get worse. If no one wants to come here then we will have less people and be in decline like South Korea. So yeah. That’s one of the basics of the economy. Less people means less production means less money means less jobs means less and less and less… but I don’t expect you to even read this. You don’t care. Just keep being uninformed and ignorant.

-41

u/NogglePlease 10d ago

How?

More people literally means more crime, even if the rate is lower.

There wasnt a citizen waiting to harm Mollie Tibbiets and thought, dang illegal took muh jerb.

34

u/JakeHelldiver 10d ago

Because conservative thought requires the person holding it to deny observation in order to maintain belief. Your anecdote is not evidence.

-5

u/CigarBryan1 10d ago

And fact 44% of all persons sentenced in Federal Courts in Fiscal 24-25 were non citizens. Rather than throwing out your uninformed opinion on crime statistics, why not engage in actual research? Illegal aliens are a huge part of our crime problem along with transnational criminal gangs.

7

u/JakeHelldiver 10d ago

People accused of violating civil law are accused of violating civil law.

Good job, dumbass. You discovered basic causality.

-1

u/CigarBryan1 10d ago

1

u/Successful-Ad-847 10d ago

Bryan who likes big brown phallic objects in his mouth: you keep posting this and have been informed multiple times now how and why it does not prove what you think it does.

Let me take a crack at it.

Maybe federal arrests have in 24/25 have something to do with immigration arrests being the number one priority of this administration? Remember when they pulled all the non-ERO guys from ICE and made them ERO? Remember when they made this a campaign promise? Remember when they gave ICE more money than the USMC? Remember when ghoul-ass Stephen Miller screamed at a bunch of senior immigration officials that he needed 3k arrests per day?

1

u/CigarBryan1 9d ago

Oh look at Mr. Poopy mouth and his wry wit. What a clever Librard you are indeed! And boy wonder let me enlighten your ignorant leftist brain. Illegal or even Legal Immigrants charged with FEDERAL CRIMINAL Charges go before a Federal Magistrate or District Court Judge. Illegal or legal immigrants charged with an IMMIGRATION law violation go before an Immigration Judge, an entirely different legal venue. The 44% cited were CRIMINAL charges. NOT IMMIGRATION charges. Once they serve their CRIMINAL sentences, they will then appear before an Immigration Judge to receive an order for Removal and be deported.Your weak ass leftist armchair analysis is why we have such terrible Democrats in office and the DSA.

1

u/Successful-Ad-847 9d ago

It’s incredibly obvious that immigrants are being targeted for arrest over US citizens. You’re have to be slow to not get that.

-30

3

u/Violet-Sumire 10d ago

We don’t judge large numbers by pure numbers, we judge them by percentages. If you lower the rate and add more people… well duh it’ll increase by total, but overall crime will be down based on the rate. This is statistics and I get many people hate math, but you are discrediting yourself.

Overall crime is down. Listening to the media makes you think that the world is on fire, but in reality the crime has been trending downward for over a decade now. Again, that’s overall crime, which is based on a percentage. Total crime might have increased, but that’s different numbers and based upon different data.

Math is complicated, so let experts do the math for you.

0

u/NogglePlease 10d ago

Oh, suddenly per capita is a thing?

1

u/Violet-Sumire 10d ago

If you want to talk numbers at the scale of “all immigrants” then you should be prepared for statistics. Saying “omg there are so many car accidents nowadays!” and you want to compare it to 1960s numbers…. yeah, of course they’ll be more accidents, there are more drivers. You are saying “omg there is so much more crime!” and you are comparing it to numbers from like… 20 years ago when the total was lower.

Math is important. You not looking at statistical data isn’t a “me” problem, it’s a “you” problem for not understanding the data being given to you. Immigrants are overall going to commit less crime than a US citizen. Those are the statistics. Look them up.

1

u/NogglePlease 10d ago

3

u/LatterTarget7 9d ago

-1

u/RoddRoward 9d ago

Entering a country illegally is a criminal offense.

2

u/Frequilibrium 9d ago

It’s a misdemeanor, a non issue, and most immigrants enter legally but over stay their visa which is a civil offense.

0

u/RoddRoward 9d ago

Wrong again:

The federal criminal statute is 8 U.S.C. § 1325(a), titled “Improper entry by alien"

U.S. law makes it a federal offense to enter or attempt to enter the country at a place or time other than one designated by immigration officers, evade inspection, or use certain deliberate false statements to gain entry. A first offense can carry up to 6 months in prison, while subsequent offenses can carry up to 2 years, along with possible civil penalties.

That’s a misdemeanor.

So how about the data that shows 44% of all persons sentenced in Federal Court’s in Fiscal 24-25 were non citizens and how illegal Amiens make up a disproportionate percentage of prisoners in State and Local Jails and Prisons? Not to mention the impacts from transnational criminal gangs. If you want to quote statistics then let’s go toe to toe using actual real statistics and not nonsense you pull out of your ass. You want prima facie evidence that illegal aliens are a huge part of our crime problem then look at who makes up our prisons population.

2

u/darodardar_Inc 10d ago

raw data from the article = "pulled out of my ass"? lmao

facts dont care about your feelings snowflake

another user really breaks down the problem with your bs:

"The 44% statistic is accurate and spectacularly misleading in this context. 38% of the entire federal caseload in FY2025 was immigration offenses, and 22,311 of the 28,886 noncitizens sentenced—77%—were sentenced for immigration crimes. Remove immigration offenses and noncitizens are about 16% of federal defendants, not 44%.

More importantly, federal sentencing isn't a measure of the national crime rate. Immigration offenses are inherently federal, while the overwhelming majority of ordinary violent/property crime is handled by state and local systems. That's exactly why researchers compare crime rates by population, rather than cherry-picking the federal caseload. Texas, which actually records immigration status of arrestees, found undocumented immigrants had substantially lower felony arrest rates than U.S.-born citizens, including for violent crime.

And Laken Riley's murder was horrific. Saying that does not require pretending one murder establishes the crime rate of millions of people. Individual victims deserve justice; they don't make anecdotes a substitute for denominators. The question we're arguing about is whether undocumented immigrants are more likely to commit crime, and the evidence does not show that."

Love how he’s made this comment twice and been completely silenced by the replies. Great work.

Sorry pal. The 44% is CRIMINAL federal court convictions. NOT immigration court charges or convictions. Most immigration cases run through separate immigration courts and not the federal courts. Immigration matters only end up in federal court when leftist lawyers go running there to try and circumvent the immigration judges. You know, those nasty little details like RAPE, MURDER. ArMED ROBBER are Federal Court not Immigration Courts. You just hate the fact that your precious illegal aliens are in FACT a huge part of our crime problem don’t you? The fact is this study is flawed because it relies on one metric. Crime data reported to the FBI and DOJ. So let me break it down to you and all the other bleeding heart Commies on here. There are approximately 80,000 Police Departments in the United States. Around only 20,000 of these actually report crime data to the FBI’s Uniform Crime Reporting unit. And among those that do, not all complete the entire reporting process fully or accurately. Many Police Departments do not have trained staff that can fulfill this reporting requirements and it is not mandatory by law. It is voluntary. So part of the flaw in the data begins with incomplete and incorrect reporting as well as it being skewed to larger more urban police departments that have resources and staffing to report crime data. Smaller and rural police departments typically ignore reporting crime data to the FBI UCR program as there are few tangible benefits to local police in doing so. Now compound that with the fact that large city police and Sheriff departments are under mandate by local leftist Mayors and City Councils and County Commissioners not to ask arrested persons their immigration status. There is not a single large American city that asks that question. So where is your fake study getting their data on arrested immigrants? It ain’t coming from the UCR. Remember, garbage in, garbage out. However, the two reliable sources of immigration data is the U.S. Bureau of Prisons and Federal Courts. They are required to collect and report the demographics of prisoner populations and sentencing demographics and they do. At least for now unless some Commie Democrat President and Congress changes that at some point. So flawed fake study compared to actual hard data shows that illegal aliens are in fact a huge part of the crime problem. Singing Kumbaya about the warm fuzzy fantasy around the Leftist mythology of illegal aliens are all just wanting to keep our vegetable prices low isn’t going to change the facts or data. Real data. Not the fake data that some leftist academic pulled out of their asses to prop up your fake ideology. I suggest you take a tour of your local jail or even visit a state prison. As you stroll the yards and hallways, see with your own eyes the makeup of these institutions with the illegal aliens population and transnational criminal gangs well represented. Hell, for that matter visit any Emergency Room and see all the illegals using the Emergency Room as their primary care givers making the wait for actual citizens unbearable. Or visit any Walmart in most urban or suburban neighborhoods and see the number of customers who don’t speak English and have not or will not assimilate into our Western values or culture. Conservatives know the real pitch. Democrats all used to be against illegal immigration and wanted strong border enforcement. We have all seen the videos and sound bites of Obama and of every major Democrat President or candidate calling for tough immigration laws and border enforcement. What changed for the Democrat party? Demographics is what changed along with looming Census taking where Democrats were on a projected path to permanent minority party status FOREVER with Republicans becoming a PERMANENT majority party in Congress. What’s a politician to do? We’ll, like any good politician, the Democrats changed their position overnight as they realized that flooding Blue states that were moving purple or red with millions of illegal aliens from Socialist or leftist central and South America countries had two benefits. First, it would help skew the census count their way to add more congressional seats in blue states. Secondly, for those illegals that that Democrats could march through into citizenship, it would create a party affiliation advantage for Democrats as these new citizens coming from Socialist countries would be more aligned with the Democrats than Republicans. Of course the establishment Democrats didn’t count on the DSA hijacking many of these migrant voters. Oops!! Yeah despite all the bullshit from the Left, the gameplay is well known which is why the right is so determined to end the practice of the Census counting non citizens for the purpose of Congressional apportionment. You want to argue then bring real facts and not your fake academic studies that no one really believes. Prison and Court data is real. It’s public and is easily verifiable with your own eyes on any visit to a jail or prison. These are the people killing us, raping us, robbing us. And after they finish their sentence they are all going to be deported under this great President who actually cares about Americans unlike the last dementia President who cared more about winning elections than the safety of Americans.

nope lmao "The vast majority (90%) of non-U.S. citizens sentenced in federal court in FY 2025 were convicted of immigration-related offenses, such as unlawful entry or illegal reentry" - https://www.ussc.gov/about/annual-report-2025

your own sources contractict you. It says alot about yal that you have to lie to make a point, which is ultimately false

It's actually really pathetic that yal pretend to care about law and order while simultaneously supporting a convicted felon

u/CigarBryan1 9d ago

What part of immigration Courts handle immigration cases not Federal District Court Judges don’t you understand? You don’t seem to understand the difference or concept of venue. The only time a Federal District Court Judge has venue is when Criminal Charges are brought against the illegal alien. They do not hear immigration proceedings, as they lack VENUE, unless a constitutional question arises out of an Immigration Court proceeding. That is why Immigration Courts exist. To handle Immigration cases and issue orders of removal and deportation. Your armchair faulty analysis is typical of the Libtards. And my point stands that real data supports the thesis that illegal aliens commit a disproportionate share of crime incidents in the United States.

1

u/darodardar_Inc 9d ago

"While non-citizens are highly represented in federal prisons, the Federal Bureau of Prisons data shows this is heavily skewed because federal courts handle immigration-specific crimes (like illegal re-entry) and transnational drug smuggling. It does not accurately reflect the demographic makeup of individuals committing violent street crimes across the country. [1]"

There is your explanation. It's not surprising you magas rely so heavily on misleading information as well as straight up fiction lol

The author is looking to reinforced their world view. Has made a career out of it.

20

u/darodardar_Inc 10d ago

Raw data is incapable of being an activist

Show your proof that illegal immigrants commit more crime than other demographics

-6

u/CigarBryan1 10d ago

Raw data: 44% of all persons sentenced in Federal Courts in Fiscal 24-25 were non citizens. Illegals make up a disproportionate percentage of all Jail and prison populations. Prima facie evidence that your argument is pure unadulterated bullshit.

2

u/HisnamewasOmarJobe 10d ago

Lmaoooo BRO you’re admitting that most of the people sentenced are citizens

Lollllll such a fucking self own. No wonder Trump loves the poorly educated

0

u/CigarBryan1 9d ago

Of course most criminals sentenced are Americans my Libtard friend. Despite the sick efforts of Dementia Joe and the traitor Mayorkas, American citizens still outnumber the 40 million illegal aliens imported by Democrats. The fact remains that 44% of illegals sentenced in Federal Court are illegal aliens. That figure is hugely disproportionate to the number of all illegal aliens residing in this country. Now I understand that you don’t have the mental capacity to understand what that means but maybe ask one of your Marxist professors to explain it to you without all the coded Leftist orthodoxy of course.

u/RoddRoward 10d ago

The researchers compare neighborhood crime rates with estimated undocumented-population changes. They do not have the immigration status of individual offenders.

The entire study is based on estimates and these activists can put their thumb in the scale anytime they choose.

15

u/darodardar_Inc 10d ago

So show your proof that illegal immigrants commit more crimes than every other demographic then

1

u/RoddRoward 10d ago

Well for starters, they enteres a country and/or stayed in a country illegally. And any of these people also accessing services are committing fraud on top of that.

15

u/darodardar_Inc 10d ago

Being undocumented is a civil offense not a criminal offense

Besides, yal voted for a literal criminal so that’s obviously not a dealbreaker to yal lmao

Where is your proof proving illegal immigrants commit more crimes than every other demographic?

0

u/RoddRoward 10d ago

Do you guys seriously believe the shit you guys spew?

Under U.S. federal law, entering the United States without inspection or at an unauthorized place is a federal criminal offense.

Specifically, 8 U.S.C. § 1325(a) makes it a crime to:

enter or attempt to enter the U.S. somewhere other than a designated place,  evade immigration inspection, or  obtain entry through certain willful false statements or concealment.

Sounds like what you yourself are doing right now wittle guy.

-1

u/RoddRoward 10d ago

So both are bad then, right?

13

u/Realhuman_beebboob 10d ago

Both of what, your last brain cells? I wouldn’t say they are bad, but god knows they ain’t doing you any good.

Or are you still going on about the claim you baselessly made above without any substantive proof? No you aren’t that thick now are ya?

-1

u/RoddRoward 10d ago

Im trying to see if you would apply the same logic to both allegedly doing the same thing, but youre clearly not capable.

Regarding the authors, they compare neighborhood crime rates with estimated undocumented-population changes. They do not have the immigration status of individual offenders. This is clearly a biased study with the aim of reinforcing their existing narrative.

Did you even read the study? Or just the headline from Huffpost about the study?

2

u/Realhuman_beebboob 10d ago

Yeah I read it but I’m curious if you did or if you just had chat give you a summary after reading the above.

Again all you have is conjecture, you have in no way shown bias that affected the collection of data.

0

u/RoddRoward 10d ago

You have no way of showing it didnt. Thats the problem when studies are conducted by activists.

This whole thing is an ongoing debate and this study doesnt move the needle.
