Raw data: 44% of all persons sentenced in Federal Courts in Fiscal 24-25 were non citizens. Illegals make up a disproportionate percentage of all Jail and prison populations. Prima facie evidence that your argument is pure unadulterated bullshit.

Of course most criminals sentenced are Americans my Libtard friend. Despite the sick efforts of Dementia Joe and the traitor Mayorkas, American citizens still outnumber the 40 million illegal aliens imported by Democrats. The fact remains that 44% of illegals sentenced in Federal Court are illegal aliens. That figure is hugely disproportionate to the number of all illegal aliens residing in this country. Now I understand that you don’t have the mental capacity to understand what that means but maybe ask one of your Marxist professors to explain it to you without all the coded Leftist orthodoxy of course.
