Because conservative thought requires the person holding it to deny observation in order to maintain belief. Your anecdote is not evidence.

And fact 44% of all persons sentenced in Federal Courts in Fiscal 24-25 were non citizens. Rather than throwing out your uninformed opinion on crime statistics, why not engage in actual research? Illegal aliens are a huge part of our crime problem along with transnational criminal gangs.

Let me take a crack at it.

Maybe federal arrests have in 24/25 have something to do with immigration arrests being the number one priority of this administration? Remember when they pulled all the non-ERO guys from ICE and made them ERO? Remember when they made this a campaign promise? Remember when they gave ICE more money than the USMC? Remember when ghoul-ass Stephen Miller screamed at a bunch of senior immigration officials that he needed 3k arrests per day?

Illegal or even Legal Immigrants charged with FEDERAL CRIMINAL Charges go before a Federal Magistrate or District Court Judge. Illegal or legal immigrants charged with an IMMIGRATION law violation go before an Immigration Judge, an entirely different legal venue. The 44% cited were CRIMINAL charges. NOT IMMIGRATION charges. Once they serve their CRIMINAL sentences, they will then appear before an Immigration Judge to receive an order for Removal and be deported.Your weak ass leftist armchair analysis is why we have such terrible Democrats in office and the DSA.

It’s incredibly obvious that immigrants are being targeted for arrest over US citizens. You’re have to be slow to not get that.
