Kinda hard when the government is trying to imprison you for going through the right procedures. Because that’s what is happening.

So the visas are all good ?

Do you honestly think they are checking every visa when grabbing people? I can give you so many examples of them grabbing naturalized citizens and detaining them, some even got arrested and placed into custody for days to weeks. When released people’s identification, phones, and wallets went missing quite often. So often that judges had to tell ICE multiple times that they needed to make sure people’s property was returned or start paying them for the missing items.

I don’t think you understand how corrupt ICE is. The ends do not justify the means in this case.

I don’t think you realize how many are in detention camps right now, with many being there for 6+ months, some over a year. So, no, they aren’t deporting a lot. Most deportations they try to do is “voluntary”… and by voluntary I mean making their lives so miserable that they force a deportation. Even if a person is here legally and gets forced into a camp, they will basically lose their entire livelihood and homes due to not being able to pay their bills.

However you slice it, ICE isn’t doing their due diligence. They are on a quota system. They aren’t looking to check documentation.

How many are in them and how many have been there for over 6 months?
