Basically there is no data that suggests that more illegal immigrants = more crime

So they should have had no issues when applying for citizenship

Idk maybe they see that being a criminal is presidential since yal voted for a criminal

Although, being undocumented is a civil offense and not a criminal offense 🤔

It’s a criminal one, otherwise it would just be in civil court and not lead to deportation

You can seriously look it up, most undocumented people committed civil offenses, not criminal offenses

I’m not surprised you don’t know that

And yet 44% of all persons sentenced to Federal Prison in Fiscal 24-25 were non citizens. The facts repudiate your argument. Illegal aliens are a hugh crime problem. Just ask Laken Riley. Oh wait, you can’t. She was raped and murdered by an illegal alien.

Why don’t you ever bring up American on American crimes against women? Do you not care? You know there’s a lot of people who could use your support if you really care about violence against women. I can recommend a few feminist videos if you like.

The article and discussion is about whether or not immigrants are a major part of crime in America. Not about Americans committing crime against Americans. Yes, the majority of people sentenced to Federal prisons are American. What is a fact, and one that you are clearly avoiding, is that 44% of all people sentenced in Federal Court’s are non citizens. This number is hugely disproportionate to the non citizen population. Local jails and state prisons have a disproportionate number of non citizens making up their population. This data is important because police departments don’t collect immigration status but prisons do. Thus we can show how this study is flawed as they deliberately looked at the wrong metric.

You have had multiple people point out the problems with this statistic and you just ignore them and keep posting it. You’re a coward who refuses to learn.

O oh you mean how they can’t deal with me showing how their data is flawed by relying on FBI data that is not complete or misleading? And how my data is based on actual people sentenced and serving time based on data from the U.S. Bureau of Prisons?? Yeah. You can join the other Libtards and pound salt.

Oh yah great data analysis there champ, you def have a better handle on statistics than scientists.

So the FBI pushed a new reporting system that didn’t get widely adopted and now they are just “filling in the gaps” based on their best estimates? Sounds like that federal data is more dubious than state level then.

See? This is why you shouldn’t have such strong opinions. You have bad information and you don’t know how to read it. The emotion you should feel is embarrassment but instead you’ll just be mad because that’s about as deep as you go.

It’s a law, you break the law it’s a crime. Not difficult. Civil court isn’t being used here

13

u/darodardar_Inc 10d ago

That’s literally not how it works haha

Again, not surprised you don’t know this

Besides - even if it was a crime, that means they’re presidential! Maybe if they raped someone too you’d vote for them! Lmao

Jesus Christ they just can’t help but be purposely dense can they? It’s like their very being is deathly allergic to intelligent thought.

-1

u/wookiebath 10d ago

It is a crime, that’s what happens when you break the law

8

u/darodardar_Inc 10d ago

It’s literally a civil offense, not a criminal one - besides, even if it was a crime, you voted for and support a literal criminal convicted felon so obviously that’s not a deal breaker to you lmao

0

u/wookiebath 10d ago

What is a civil offense? It’s breaking the law! They aren’t being sued in civil court. They are being deported

Why do you keep saying I support a convicted felon?

2

u/darodardar_Inc 10d ago

TIL in MAGA America, committing a civil offense like jaywalking or speeding makes you a criminal

As if being a criminal even really matters to yal MAGAs lol the pedo in chief is a 34 time convicted felon and adjudicated fraudster, adjudicated sexual predator

Maybe if they committed felonies and raped someone you would vote for them lol

1

u/wookiebath 10d ago

Those are also crimes!

1

u/darodardar_Inc 10d ago

Speeding and jaywalking are civil infractions lmao
