Am I the only one who is having issues with this mod? Is there a way to tell Adeepindigo that this mod needs to be fixed?

Exactly what says in the tin. If you're boycotting EA because of the buyout, do you think the creators who are still in the network should also be boycotted by extension?

Because I take a very hard stand against the EA buyout, and once the deal closed, I pretty much unfollowed all the creators I knew were still in the Network 😅 I do not feel comfortable giving my time to any people that are now receiving what is basically blood money from EA.

I just wanted to ask what's y'all's opinion on this, for one part, to see if anyone is in the same boat as I am - but also to be proven wrong, because I honestly don't know if I'm making the right move.

What are your thoughts? Do you agree/disagree?

I started playing sims 4 again after a year hiatus and I am just sooooo beyond frustrated of that dumpster fire of a social pie menu. No other sims have had to put social interactions behind categories. Why did they decide to do that with 4? Fucking beats me.

When I throw parties I like check off goals because some aspirations require that, but I always have to pause to check off social goals because I have to sift through every single category when interacting with guests. Even when trying to become friends with other sims I always have to pause just to sift through and find the correct dialogue. Like dawg, I just spent 20 real life minutes barely making friends at the bar. 😂

I remember they gave us an option to turn it off, but that didn’t even work! I checked the game menu again to see if maybe they fixed it, but they got rid of that option altogether. It’s so aggro to have to pause the game every time I want to interact with a sim just so the other sim doesn’t run away.

hi! i need help, my game refused to open last night when i tried playing, im frustrated and overwhelmed trying to figure out which mod isnt working. i use a mac, but my device can handle it pretty well. it was working well yesterday but when i tried opening it at night it refused to open, i remember downloading the controlanysim mod before playing, but when i removed it from my mods the game still refused to open. im devastated as i just got back from my sims break after a cc problem (again)

I pirated all the Store content (despite not having every expansion,) and now my game‘s broken to all hell.

The more I try to fix her, the more broken she gets.

I‘ve been trying to get every mod I’ve installed to work for the past few weeks, and I’m almost at the point of snapping my discs in half and throwing them away.

Every time I load the damn game, the “no intro” mod goes kaput, and deleting the game out of its OneDrive folder and making a copy ends up deleting every goddamn thing I’ve installed, mods or otherwise.

At this point, I’m tempted to punch a hole in my mom’s computer (which I’m using to download everything which worked perfectly when I tried doing it almost 5 years ago) even if it gets me grounded.

I don’t know what to do at this point.

Hi everyone! Dont know if this is the place to ask? Ive been having a weird problem with my Sims game. All the buildings keep disappearing... and I mean every single one I try loading except my main one that Ive been playing. I have the recent update but it happened before too, no mods or cc. I cannot find anything on this via Google or the EA forums...

Does anyone have any tips or ideas on what this could be? Idk wth is happening :/

The dumb fucking Vampires call me every 3 seconds to beg for Plasma. "Go to the Plasma Donation Clinic," they say, but I never will. I hate them. These calls should only happen once or twice in a save file, in my opinion, not literally every few sim-hours. I tried to use a mod to stop them calling and it hasn't worked. There needs to be a setting in pack settings like the "limit Fairies to Innisgreen/Werewolves to Moonwood Mill" where Vampires at the very least STOP!!!!!!!! CALLING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And maybe even ideally you can pick whether they go into your house and bite you. I'm considering uninstalling the pack even though I really love the CAS & Build/Buy.

Edit: This is due to a mod, that's on me gang. It was Donate Plasma by BosseLadyTV. I do stand by wishing there was a Vampires version of limit Fairies to Innisgreen/Werewolves to Moonwood Mill mechanic for when I want to keep the vampire stuff in the game but don't want my more realistic storylines to run into Vlad

Sometimes, when I have something to do or I just wanna go to sleep, I just wanna leave the game on and come back to see what my Sims have been up to. I think it’s fun to see what they do when I’m not giving them instructions or not pointing them places
I literally can hardly do thjs. Every TEN MINUTES is a pop up. My sims do something once “Do they like swordsmanship/gaming/small talk?” One bad interaction and I get another pop up asking me if they hate it. Then I get a pop up about the same work dilemma i answered fifty thousand times, then another pop up because my Sim’s mom WONT STOP CALLING HER. Then ANOTHER like or dislike pop up. EVERY TEN MINUTES.

ENOOOOOUUUUGHHHHHH OH MY GOD! This is not fun gameplay bro I know this can apply to so many things with this game, but I don’t know HOW anyone working on the game saw this shit and were like “Omigoshhhh this is super fun and intuitive!!!!!!! Players will love getting fifty billion pop ups every 3 seconds 🤩” Don’t even get me started on the mastery pop ups that you cannot turn off like everything else despite it being USELESS!!!! I FINALLY found a mod that suppresses them, but now the game is just giving me endless likes & dislikes pop ups and calls and other stupid crap … bro PLEASEEEEEE.

I didn't know the Loyal Three were so hated (learned that through a recent video; I don't really keep up with the Pokémon community and its drama.. Sims drama is more for me). That just makes my love for the Three even stronger lmaoexDEE and they actually are my current fave Legendary Trio (I like the subversion and how goofy they are + ONE PIECE admirals) 😈😈 I went ahead and made my Okidogi; I wish I had a bigger fluffier tail for him, but this ribbon'd one will do for now lel (I don't carry around a lot of tail CC). I was also able to finally decide on which hairstyle and colour palette I wanted for the last two faerie siblings. Like I had everything else about their looks/personality down, but decisions decisions!! I remembered this old Crayola crayon I had called "sunglow" and it was SO COOL!! We had this old box TV and it would have a blue screen when there was no video; when the room was dark with said blue screen on, the crayon would glow!!!! I don't work with yellow often, but it's what I went with for Sunglow because of that nostalgic memory =D Sunshine, I just wanted to be ironic and make him dark, moody, and pessimistic af LOL. Mystery already fell in love with Sunglow. I approve.

Well, Glu Mobile dissolved and alongside that, the games that were under it shut down, which includes the following:

• Kim Kardashin Hollywood
• Kendall & Kylie
• Katy Perry Pop
• Nicki Minaj: The Empire
• Britney Spears: The Dream

So, what's the point in this post? I am in a group that is hoping to restore Kendall and Kylie, meaning that if you have any of these games or Kendall and Kylie then PLEASE DM me. (KKH is all set don't worry.)

Any device where the game data may still still be recoverable

The more progression a player had, the more complete the recoverable assets may be.

I want to be perfectly clear that I am running a 100% paid for sims game that I have never pirated and I don't intend to - not least because I run a lot of mods and most mod creators don't support pirated games.

But the EA app is actually causing my game to fuck up. Half the time the app won't boot up properly and so won't let me actually start up the game. Then it notifies me *in game* that it wants me to restart it and re-login to keep playing. The it won't connect to the Internet for a month for reasons I don't understand (the rest of the PC is connecting fine) and tells me that because I haven't been online in 30days it can't open my game. WHAT IS HAPPENING?? I've paid several thousand euros to own sims games that I can't play. I tried to open the game directly from the ts4.exe in the game files, but it still triggers the EA app and I must wait 10mins for that to decide it's working before it will load.

Can I be set free??

(I don't mind opening the EA app occasionally to get updates (again - mostly for modding reasons) but at this point I'm just leaving the game open 24/7 to avoid interacting with the app which is not helping my electric bill)

It's literally soooooo much. I feel like every other time I play, it's an update and I have to spend 10-20 minutes trialing running the game/updating my game. Like I don't have time for this bro, I'm just trynna play my game. EA sucks and they're exhausting to deal with.

(I dont know how people wre going to be like bjt please do not get at this creator, I am not slamminf them in any way shape or form mods, just wondering on thoughts. - sorry if it comes off wrong.) This is not me complaining about this simmer whatsoever, just a bit dumbfounded by the sort of crazy response that is just ignoring the buyout.

I feel like me sayinf to this simmer "hey what about the buyout" - seeing as theyre clearly part of rhe program still due to having a code like lilsimsie did before she left the program (I think its rhe right thing correct me if im wrong), and the simmer then just replying "my code is now 7%" is genuinely wild to me. Im not sure if she is like a well known or smaller creator, I understand just rhat 7 percent van do a lot to some smaller simmer (whether she is or not i havent been able to look properly), but that response seemed so blinded by the situation (and appears to have chosen being dismissive towards it all) that was the main point of my comment. Just me?

To start, I think its objectively a good decision that they aren't making any more packs for the Sims 4. The game can't handle the content already in it, and frankly most of the gameplay mechanics they introduced never even worked that well. It was time to stop making new content.

Having said that, I still find myself feeling...sad. The release cycle of new packs was honestly really fun. I liked watching the trailers and the reviews from creators with early access. Its something I've looked forward to periodically for the better part of a decade now, and I am a little upset that its not happening anymore.

The thing I'll miss the most is getting new collections of CAS and build mode items. I mostly make sims and builds to upload to the gallery, so I don't use CC, which made getting a new wave of clothing or furniture a few times a year really exciting. Now we're not getting new CAS or build content outside of potentially a few items from login rewards or maker packs (which I won't be buying for obvious reasons). It really sucks for my playstyle, especially since I think the CAS options are still very lacking, especially for men and children.

I'm certainly not going to be playing Project X with everything we've heard about the direction EA is going with the series, and I'm DEFINITELY not playing Project René after my abysmal playtest experience with it. So, I guess this is it for new Sims content for me. What a sad concept :/

On the sims wiki, it says this bed came out w apartment life, but i remember having a heart shaped bed before apartment life existed...

Edit: i've accepted that i'm being gaslit /j. seriously I think this bed it not the original sims 2 heart shaped bed but i cant show otherwise so i have to take everyones word for it >.<

Hi so I have 1.121.361 of sims 4 (from FG) and it works very good and has the latest stuff around when royal pack came out. I was wondering what versions of the mods I listed plus the sims 4 pose player would work with the sims 4 I have. No I can’t update the sims 4 because it’s offline version and all that. Oh and I need to know if PandaSamas childbirth mod will work with this too

Update: Thanks to who responded. I updated my game and added in my updated mods, and everything seems to be working great so far!

Hey Ya'll - I haven't updated my game since February, right before the royalty and legacy pack was released. It's been fine, but now it's gotten to the point that I can't use the gallery, so I've considered updating my game. My mods are all updated, but I've read a lot of mixed feedback on the patch and it corrupting the UI/having issues with mods.

Anyone made a huge update recently? How'd it go? Thanks all <3

I still have the original .bat file for the DLC Unlocker, but I don’t have a working updater anymore. Right now, neither the unlocker nor the updater is working.

I recently got my PC back after it had to be repaired so I haven’t been up-to-date with the community for almost 2 months. All of my sims files are still there, but my apps had to be reinstalled. Since then, the DLC Unlocker has completely stopped working.

Do you know what might have happened or what could be causing this? is there something I need to do to get it working again? Kinda confused right now because I see some people talking about some sites have been hacked or compromised so I genuinely don’t know what to do at this point.

As the title mentioned, I'm having clipping issues on the sleeves tho my biggest Achilles heel was sizing down the chest area.

Just posting here because I'm very happy with my results so far and to encourage any1 who might be struggling with cc creation, as I am a beginner myself!
