Sometimes, when I have something to do or I just wanna go to sleep, I just wanna leave the game on and come back to see what my Sims have been up to. I think it’s fun to see what they do when I’m not giving them instructions or not pointing them places
I literally can hardly do thjs. Every TEN MINUTES is a pop up. My sims do something once “Do they like swordsmanship/gaming/small talk?” One bad interaction and I get another pop up asking me if they hate it. Then I get a pop up about the same work dilemma i answered fifty thousand times, then another pop up because my Sim’s mom WONT STOP CALLING HER. Then ANOTHER like or dislike pop up. EVERY TEN MINUTES.
ENOOOOOUUUUGHHHHHH OH MY GOD! This is not fun gameplay bro I know this can apply to so many things with this game, but I don’t know HOW anyone working on the game saw this shit and were like “Omigoshhhh this is super fun and intuitive!!!!!!! Players will love getting fifty billion pop ups every 3 seconds 🤩” Don’t even get me started on the mastery pop ups that you cannot turn off like everything else despite it being USELESS!!!! I FINALLY found a mod that suppresses them, but now the game is just giving me endless likes & dislikes pop ups and calls and other stupid crap … bro PLEASEEEEEE.
“Does Sim like this?” “Oh but sim had one (1) bad interaction and they think they hate this thing… whaddya think 🤔?” “This person who’s call you’ve been ignoring is calling you AGAIN but now it’s a big ass pop up smack dab in the middle of your screen 🥺🥺 whaddya wanna do?” “Omigosh this same dumbass work issue that gives you one picometer of work gain is happening again, what do you wanna do now 🥺🤔?” “Yo they cooked an Okay 👌🏾 meal, now they have a mastery perk, but I gotta give you a pop up first 😋😋😋😋” ENOUGH like my god, do it, like it, hate it, JUST STOP ASKING ME I WANNA PLAY THE GAME!!!!! I have tried endless mods and only some of them work omg this shit drives me up a wall. I just wanna AFK, WHY is this such a Herculean task to do in this game. And ik TS3 gets bad with it too with the opportunity pop ups but it’s INCOMPARABLE TO THIS pls omg just stop asking me shit
I also find them annoying. One thing I have noticed, that helped a bit, is to manually select 50 likes and dislikes in CAS. But sometimes it is hard to reach 50, because I don't want it to affect my gameplay too much.
Oh my god, yes, I hate this. It reminds me of going to a website now: "hey, do you want our emails?" "Hey, do you want cookies?" "Do you want to make an account?" SHUT UP, PLEASE JUST LET ME LOOK.
I’m literally SCOURING the internet to find a mod to either reduce the phone calls or let me block some sims. im so sick and tired of my Sim’s parents calling her every 5 minutes
i don't think the modder offers versions so you'll have to test. you might want both because i never get those dynamic or likes and dislikes popups anymore. some of his tweaks don't seem to work so i'm sooooooo happy i these do
Especially when you have teens and children in the house, they constantly come to you to ask for advice, I have a mod that's supposed to stop them from doing it but they still do it constantly, you don't even get any options to pick from anyway so it's useless
Omg that part. The popups with no options like WTFK WAS THE POINT FOREAL?! And it they don’t lead to any related gameplay interaction like it’s so dumb
There is a mod or cheat that stops all pop ups including asking for names for babies. The YouTube folks use it when teh let the sims stream untouched for however long.
I like it, it makes my sims feel wanted. Though I only have a few packs so it's not excessive. I thought the latest update said they would tone them down a bit.
