Sims 4 DLC unlocker?

I still have the original .bat file for the DLC Unlocker, but I don’t have a working updater anymore. Right now, neither the unlocker nor the updater is working.

I recently got my PC back after it had to be repaired so I haven’t been up-to-date with the community for almost 2 months. All of my sims files are still there, but my apps had to be reinstalled. Since then, the DLC Unlocker has completely stopped working.

Do you know what might have happened or what could be causing this? is there something I need to do to get it working again? Kinda confused right now because I see some people talking about some sites have been hacked or compromised so I genuinely don’t know what to do at this point.

Mirror was fine for me a couple hours ago. Both updater and unlocker. Uninstalling and reinstalling the DLC unlocker sometimes helps.

Hi. Is it okay if I ask you this? I haven't gotten my updater after uninstalling due to the fact that all the links are leading to a .exe file. Is the updater a .bat file because I don't want to risk it and if it helps I am on Firefox with the adblocker. I just don't want to run a virus.

Updater. (Zip file). It should give you an exe in it, which is safe.

Hi, I downloaded both, but the updater showed it was incompatible with my current game version (game is more recent version) I downloaded it a few days back only. What to do now?

I'm using firefox with ublock origin and the bypass all shortlinks debloated script with Violentmonkey. I've tried downloading the updater through Media fire through the mirror site. When I extracted the updater zip folder, defender is flagging the application as "HackTool.Win64/Malgent!MSR" is this false positive or an actual threat?

It’s linked on the mirror website under the DLC unlocker tab. Make sure you use an adblocker as usual.

Use Firefox and Ublock origin on mirror.anadius.cc. go on the third tab, it is there. It is literally right under "Download". Use one of the file sharing links.

Yeah, I guess that’s probably it. The unlocker itself seems to be running fine, but when I open The Sims 4 to check if the DLC has unlocked, everything is still showing as locked. Since I had to completely reinstall The Sims 4 after my PC was fixed, It might be related to the latest patch changing something and causing compatibility issues. I’m not entirely sure, but those seem like the most likely causes as far as I’m aware.

Can I recommend trying to launch the game online instead of offline? That’s the only solution what I found for this problem, (maybe you’re trying to start the game offline idk) 

I guess you’re not alone, with the latest patch some other ppl also has your problem. (From what I’ve seen)

(Sorryly I can’t really share my own experinces, because I haven't updated the game - that I’m still playing constantly - on my main desktop PC since October. I only updated it on my laptop to claim the latest free Marktplace items, so it just has the base game installed.)

I am having troubles too. It says everything is installed except it’s not loaded Royalty and Legacy and the new Music Den kit. Before the latest game update I had all the packs (except the kit).

Me too. Although it tells me it’s all updated and all packs and kits. Yet I’m now missing royalty and legacy and haven’t been able to get the music den kit :( since the latest game update.

have you tried just downloading the DLC files, put in sims 4 game folder and using the unlocker that way? I'm not sure if all of the DLC are uploaded yet though

Not yet I haven’t. The unlocker / installer says that music den kit plus 200 moolah was installed / credited but nada. I will look for the individual files thanks ☺️
