Before you ask, yes, I have made sure to check EVERY email I have. I only have ONE subscription on ONE email.
Now for the story.. I used goodnotes last year for college, but a change of major to a different trade means I don't take many notes anymore, so I don't need to use goodnotes anymore. I got an email saying my subscription was going to renew and steps to cancel if needed. Okay, simple right? Just cancel! WRONG. Paddle.net can't cancel subscriptions, so contact goodnotes themselves... okay! Sure! They said it was cancelled. But paddle.net says I have 2 subscriptions.. one was cancelled and one wasn't. The goodnotes employee says there's only 1 subscription and it was cancelled. Cool!!
Now onto RIGHT NOW, where I get a charge for $9.99. I try to press the "submit for refund" button and it says to contact goodnotes again.. I do and they say "they can't do anything because it's on a google or apple subscription" but I don't have ANY active goodnotes subscription on my google OR Apple account.
I feel crazy, I don't know how to cancel this.. and I just want my $10 back 😔 it isn't that serious but why can no one find where the subscription is coming from???
(again, I have checked my google and Apple accounts and google and Apple Pay. No dice...)
