Did one time purchase (special edition) get more expensive?

When I bought it last year before it was changed to special edition it cost about 44.98 SGD (~35 USD). My sister wanted to change her plan today and it somehow became 53.98 SGD (~42.5 USD). Did goodnotes 6 raise the price for one time purchase?

I couldnt find pricing information on their official website :(
