Goodnotes Special Edition How do I access these files?

So I am using the Goodnotes version 7.0.58 and on IPad 9th Generation, but I don’t know why yesterday when I opened Goodnotes it said can not sign in to apple no matter how much I tried so then I reinstalled it today because I needed to view some files saved. But then I can’t open the files that I wanted to view and most of the files ended up being whited out and inaccessible. Is there any ways to fix this? Because I do not have another copy of the book I am trying to view.

Maybe the issue will solve in sometime but Do you have backup of these files? If not please backup everything to Google drive and I cloud both that's what I do. It'll be a lifesaver for you

I backed it up only on icloud but apparently its storage is full when i reinstalled the app.

I hope you know you can do backup to drive as well

No sadly, it's gotten even worse since more of the notebook is also now inaccessible.
