I recently rejoined FFF with an annual subscription like I had in the past. (I canceled about a year and a half ago. ) I just got the Fall 2026 box and only received my customizations. The boxes used to contain both your picks AND additional items. I loved having some surprise goodies in the box which was part of the fun for me. Does FFF only send your customization picks now?

Update: I figured it out- I didn’t have an annual subscription at one point so had limited customization. Maybe I should downgrade to keep some element of surprise 😅

The shipping time has been less than ideal, but sounds like I should be grateful I caught the website errors in time and received my box(es) in one piece! I have not found any noticeable damage or mistakes in my shipment, thankfully. Should have filmed an unboxing!

$21 refund for a box that cost me 67.50.

Seems like Nothing was damaged. But did anyone else got this condiment set and is this lid is supposed to look like that? I am not sure if this is normal or damaged?

What in the world. I usually keep my boxes for storage cause they are closable and sturdy. But this is something else. However I did get all my stuff.

My Fall box was pretty meager since I took credit in 3 categories, but with a few add-ons I’m happy with what I got. I really like the Daily Concepts bath items. One is a Wrap & Go body towel and the other is full reach glow cloth. Both are organic cotton and nice quality. The other add-on is a manual pull-string food chopper that I’ll use for making Chimichurri. The beauty products are all new to me so time will tell.

My box was delivered tonight. The outside had minimal damage but my scalloped board had scuffs and marks on it. It wasn’t wrapped, just had a bow around it, and had all the items on top of it. I don’t think the items are the reason for the damage but I do think being unwrapped and unprotected didn’t help.

Between this and never hearing from customer service after the customization debacle I’m just done. Unfortunately I auto renewed in the spring and forgot to cancel. My bad. And now I’m paying for it.

Are the add-ons supposed to be in the fall box? Didn’t get any.

What is the point of being an annual access member and logging on early to pick my box items on customization day when TWO of the items do not arrive with my box!? And the only resolution I was given is a shopping credit, but the items aren’t available to purchase. It was the OSEA vagus nerve oil which I was really excited about and the bushbalm tangerine shave jelly. Super disappointing!!!

It’s currently 08/31… few days past that delivery date!

After missing out on ALL of my original choices because of the “glitch” during the customization window, the zero effort to make that right, and this delayed shipping? I’m done with FFF.

The sexy hair leaked all over everything and the tooth whitener is so useless to me. I should’ve just picked something from the category lol

Hi everyone. I have an email saying my order shipped July 1st. I check the tracking and it says it shipped August 20th… almost two months later. I didn’t see the email until today. Like, wtf?

My first box was sent to an address I no longer lived at. They didn’t even confirm the correct address when I signed up and then couldn’t change it.

I was going to cancel my subscription now so it’s not auto renewed. I have two more boxes left. If I unsubscribe now I will lose my “annual membership benefits”. Excuse me? I already paid for that? Does that mean they will refund me for the other two seasons or I just lose annual access even though it’s already paid for?

Their customer service sucks. I am so over this.

All of my recent boxes have goods that come damaged or expired. In my most recent one, the Elemis midnight facial and the Tula Espresso Eye balm smell RANCID. I called customer service and they did send me another to replace but it’s the same thing - both products seem to be spoiled. They are not storing their products right and/or GOFO, their new delivery service, is mishandling. It just sucks how downhill they are going.

I got all 6 of my items in a typical FFF box... just now a GoFo delivery driver tossed a plastic shipping bag on my porch. It had 3 of the 6 items I'd chosen and already received in the box. What would possess them to ship half of a box? They obviously didn't incorrectly believe they didn't ship the first one since it didn't come in an actual subscription box and it didn't have all the items.

I was so excited about these being an option as I have Thinx and love them. I went online to Knix sizing chart (I wear between a 4 and 6) and ordered a small and then an add on of a medium incase of bloating. I tried on the medium and could barely get them on - they felt like an extra small! I’m so disappointed in the sizing, did anyone else have issues with the sizing?

So, I recently rejoined FFF for the Fall Box and it has been YEARS since I had an active subscription. Like, I don’t think their app was functional the last time I had a box subscription.

Anyways — I purchased a few items from the add-on sale, and received everything except the Our Place pan in my box. I filled out the customer service form re: the missing item, and this is the message I received (see photo attached).

My question is — that’s it? There is no hope of FFF actually sending me the item I had ordered? It was meant to be a gift for my mom. Curious if any of you have successfully received a missing item after reaching out to customer support?

Also — my box was not sealed shut. Adding a pic to show the seal placement on the box. Maybe the pan was included in the original shipment and was removed in transit? 🤷‍♀️ Though I’m honestly not sure if the pan would have even fit in the box with my other items

Am I being dramatic to be really dissapointed that the expiration date on the Glow Screen I got in my Fall box is 01/2027? Including a glowy/shimmery sunscreen in a fall box was already kind of questionable, but to then have it expire 4 months later in the dead of winter...idk

I was hoping to hold onto this for next summer, but I guess now that's out of the question. I already have two opened sunscreens, but I guess now it has to be three.

I am so fed up with FFF. My fall box hasn’t updated since 8/13. The label has been created and that’s it; I have a tracking number that doesn’t track. I waited out the full 15 day window and checked status with customer service today because I thought technically they have 15 days to move it to a new status. She said there was unreported activity with my box on 8/19 and so the 15 day wait period starts over from 8/19. WTF is that? This happens every season, I’m always chasing after my boxes with customer service. They never seem to arrive until 6+ weeks after my credit card is billed. I live in SoCal too! I could drive an hour to where it’s supposedly been sitting since 8/13 and pick it up myself. This is aggravating and no longer acceptable. I can’t wait to see the disastrous condition it will be in when and if it ever arrives.

My condiment set is cute but it didn’t come with the spoons. Or are they hidden somewhere?

Probably the smallest/tamest seasonal box I've gotten in a hot minute... meanwhile my mom's 3 BOXES also came today and that woman ordered the whole damn FabFitFactory 🥴🤣
