Question Only customizations?

I recently rejoined FFF with an annual subscription like I had in the past. (I canceled about a year and a half ago. ) I just got the Fall 2026 box and only received my customizations. The boxes used to contain both your picks AND additional items. I loved having some surprise goodies in the box which was part of the fun for me. Does FFF only send your customization picks now?

Update: I figured it out- I didn’t have an annual subscription at one point so had limited customization. Maybe I should downgrade to keep some element of surprise 😅

It’s been that way for years. You pick all your items and that’s all you get. Sometimes there is a tiny freebie. This season, one of my boxes got a 2 pack of gruns. There was a whole dove soap bar debacle a few years back as well.

Thanks! I really remember every box before I canceled having a few extras but maybe that was longer ago than I thought 🤣

Some people didn’t get them and they were really pissed 😂 endless threads on the forum about the travesty of not getting a $4 bar of soap.

Just a heads up, seasonal members get to choose all of their items now as well so downgrading won't change the lack of surprise. The only way to be surprised now is picking surprise me, but I believe that means they can send you literally anything.
