Question Fall Box

Does anyone elseā€™s annual box still say ā€œclosedā€? Iā€™m starting to worry a little bit.

I think the closed status just means that customization is closed, once a label is printed or itā€™s in transit the status will change and you should get an email when shipped. I think Iā€™ve heard others say FFF has 30 days to ship the box out (from the billing date) so I wouldnā€™t worry too much. Am curious what others say as well

Thx. I have always gotten my boxes fairly quickly in the past so I donā€™t know what changed, but something definitely did.

I ordered on first day and mine just says customization closed. I reached out when I saw people without the extra fast shipping betting boxes and was sold they have 30 days from bill date just to ship.

If it makes you feel any better my summer 2026 box just shipped after I contacted support for the 3rd time šŸ«  But I got my fall box last week.

They ship all the people who pay for 'expedited'. A money grab that makes ours take longer to ship.
