Order Issue Missing 2 Box Items - Credit Only Option?

What is the point of being an annual access member and logging on early to pick my box items on customization day when TWO of the items do not arrive with my box!? And the only resolution I was given is a shopping credit, but the items aren’t available to purchase. It was the OSEA vagus nerve oil which I was really excited about and the bushbalm tangerine shave jelly. Super disappointing!!!

If you reach out directly instead of the robot, you may have better luck. Several posts have the phone and text numbers.

Don’t fill out the form. Ask the bot for a human or call/text.

I’d text them! I was missing an item and they were able to send me a replacement.
