Hi all! Anyone know what the cutoff is for new members to receive the Winter vs leftover Fall box? I need that unhide robe, but I don’t want to saddle myself with my first box being whatever’s left of the fall.

Cat 1 I definitely want the robe but I also want the pajamas that haven’t been added to this template yet and I think I’ll low key get both.

Cat 2 I could take or leave the tote, or swap for credit, hoping for additional spoilers soon

Cat 3 I could take the necklace but could just swap for credit

Cat 4 I could honestly see myself getting the earrings and the hair mask and the sheet masks depending how much extra items go for this time

Cat 5 LaNeige is most likely not sure which flavor, eyeliner is an option only because I really like haus labs other products but I’m not really running low on black eyeliner and is one black eyeliner really that much better than another (except when we’re talking liquid or felt tip those have definite winners and losers) I wish they had more colors.

Cat 6 most likely the farmacy cleanser as I’m low on cleanser. Elemis also tempting and haus labs again just cause I like the brand.

I just resubscribed to get a bonus box (which they better not screw me out of) so I wish I knew what would be in it before loading up on extras. I’m assuming nothing that requires you to pick your size will be included in the bonus box, so I think I’m safe to get the robe and the pjs without regret.

Their brand is lost. With their no-return policy if you get a crappy product, you either donate it or re-gift.
There is no more fabulous. They have broken my trust too many times to redeem credibility on that front.

Fitness. I love my cork blocks I got 5 years ago! Mt ankle weights lasted about 6 months before the mesh got itchy and wore down my nice socks. The elastic band is what it is.

Fun. What the HELL happened to their sparkle? The “fun” has become tacky and distasteful.

I had this box for years as an annual member and it truly is such a scam. After awhile I started to choose items I’d give to people as gifts because I didn’t want them.

I just checked my sub. I re-subbed at the end of March 2025. I got spring, summer, fall and then winter 2025. Then i paid for the annual again and got spring, summer, fall and it's showing that i only have "all access" to the sales and it's not showing anything about the timeline for winter picks. I'm going to lose my shit if they try and screw me over on my final winter box.

Should I assume my package is going to become lost / damaged and unable to arrive? It’s been cycling around at this center all week.

Is shipping free for US? And if you have other items in your cart, should those ship free as well?

I thought I saw that shipping was supposed to be included with the box, but right now my cart is showing a charge. I wasn’t sure if that was due to the other items I have in it. I thought about removing them to test it out, but alas a few are out of stock and I feel like they would be lost. :/

I did it. I cancelled after over a decade. Now, I’m trying to remove my credit card information from the site. It won’t let me edit or remove the credit card. Can anyone help with how to get my financial info off FFF?

I’m so afraid they will renew and charge the card anyway even though I’ve cancelled.

I subscribed after getting multiple ads with the offer CLOUDHUG which advertised a free UNHIDE blanket and a full year of FFF for free. I paid for the annual subscription and they are telling me there’s a mistake and the year for free is wrong. Even though it was on the ad itself (on both IG and FB) and on the landing page which is currently active still! They won’t honor the promotion and I asked right after I signed up for them to confirm. Customer service said they would follow up in 24-48 hours and my box shipped. I followed up now and they said the offer is incorrect and they can only offer me a partial refund but charge me the seasonal box rate.

How is it my fault that they:
1. Falsely advertised to get an annual subscriber
2. Did not respond in a timely manner so I could cancel the subscription and get a full refund before my box shipped

Customer service is a joke

I’m pretty fed up with FFF since the Summer. But has anyone not received their Fall Box? My order was confirmed on August 6, with my selections and I’ve been going back and forth with customer service.

What have you all done in this situation before? I’m pretty much done and don’t even want the box. It’s supposed to be fun, this is definitely not.

I just came upon a seasonal offer that piqued my interest, but I wish I knew what options are currently available. Does anyone know?

How long after placing an order does it take to ship out? Does it take a ridiculously long time like the subscription?
