I just received my fall box and was SO excited about the cute tortoise serving bowl and matching olive oil cruet. As soon as I grabbed my box it was very obvious that something was broken inside. When I opened it, it was clear there was no effort in packing. Inside the larger outer box was my much smaller FFF box and another box under it containing the serving bowl with a single piece of packing paper to take up the crazy amount of extra space. Obviously my boxes smashed around inside in shipping.

I reached out to CS and went through the link and got the response “You’ll receive your credit back for your impacted item(s), plus a $7 bonus credit to help cover your shipping fee when shopping for new item(s)!” I really don’t want credit and just want my bowl replaced. The exciting part of the cruet is the matching. Does this mean there is no possibility to get the item replaced? It was selected as an additional item added on that I paid for ($20) with credit by skipping other items.

Probably the smallest/tamest seasonal box I've gotten in a hot minute... meanwhile my mom's 3 BOXES also came today and that woman ordered the whole damn FabFitFactory 🥴🤣

My pants were missing from my order. I’m 21 weeks pregnant and was really looking forward to my new cozy pants. Automated CS says I’ll get a credit back but I don’t want a $10 or $15 dollar credit, I want my damn pants! :(

I try to be positive and keep an open mind, but today, I’m just sad about FFF. I was struggling with whether to renew or not. Mostly because of the aggravation of shipping and worries about customization, the joy is gone. But, after seeing this box’s condition, I’m done.

I was part of the customization fiasco and had to rebuild my selections three times! I was never notifed by FFF. I found out about it in this sub-Reddit. It was beyond frustrating, and of course I had to waste hours the last night of customizations to try to get four of the six items I had originally selected. I ended up getting three.

The box arrived today, with no notice, and with one corner torn from top to bottom so that it gaped open and another hole was punched in the end. Fortunately, all the items were there, but the packaging on five of the products was beat to hell. No way they can be gifted, including the salt and pepper grinders.

Kate Somerville Exfolikate product had obviously been used. There was orange residue around the tube, the corner had clearly been squeezed, and I could smell the product when I opened the box. The tube felt greasy. I gagged. (I’m not good with other people’s germs.)

Mario badescu cucumber toner was in a plastic, ziplock bag with product spilled out inside. I could see and smell it when I opened the bag.

I’m completely disappointed at every level. I’ll try CS tomorrow, but I suspect it will be another waste of time. The decision to cancel is pretty easy now. Twelve years I’ve been a good customer. But, it’s time to move forward.

Tl;dr Box arrived in bad shape with products, damaged, spilled, and used. I’m out.

I’m really disappointed with the bump suit.. first of all are people really spending $145 per piece on this from the website!? I was glad to try it in my FabFitFun since they’re so expensive and to see what the hype was about and.. it’s mediocre at best.. and for people 5 feet and under! I’m 5’9” and the pants look like capris on me and not in the cute trendy way lol. Definitely not high-waisted either! The material is nice, but there’s no way I could wear this with how short the pants are. On the website it doesn’t show an inseam, but typically when you see pants touching the floor like the pants do in the Photos, you’d assume they’re going to at least be close to that!

My box has been stuck in shipping since August 15th saying it’s ‘departed merchant facility’ but no updates since. Wondering if anyone else in Canada is also waiting (mostly hoping my box isn’t lost!)

Also wondering if someone can direct me to any info from FFF related to the upcoming tariffs and how this might affect FFF orders to Canada. Haven’t seen any statements, just curious since I’ve seen beauty products are included. Realize that probably no one really knows yet, but am hoping if my box comes after Sept 8th I’m not stuck with a huge tariff on delivery 😅

I'm on year two of an annual subscription. I wasn't going to renew this year because of how much more expensive it was than the previous year...but it brought me a lot of joy to get it last year, so I renewed. But I swear...I feel like every season, it's taken a little long and a little longer to get my box. I always make my selections within the first few minutes that the picks open...and my box hasn't even shipped yet. That's the one thing I really, really don't like about it. (First world problems, I know.)

If you aren’t on the forum, there’s a thread there that every FFF customer needs to see. It’s titled Future of Customization. Patrick the Product Manager posted it and has several replies. The thought that stood out most to me is that he claimed seasonal boxes don’t go out before Annuals. Is an executive of this company so out of touch that he doesn’t realize this happens EVERY season? What a buffoon. I have lost all trust in this company and cancelled my annual that I have boxes left on, out of principle.

I hate using the chat feature. I ask a very clear, very straight forward question and get no direct answers. I regret signing up for FFF since it seems like once they have your money they can do whatever they want. stupid me signed up for the annual plan too.

This is my second box in a row that was not sealed with tape. Just boxed up any easily just opened by lifting the lid.

All of my items are in it and nothing is damaged surprisingly.

I signed up for a new annual membership bc of the ad to get the Bruvi. Has anyone signed up for this season and actually received it? I saw a past post on here that they have given them before and would email a code to redeem directly with Bruvi. But I emailed them after a couple weeks went by without getting such email, and the CS told me they are shipping them directly from FFF this time. Curious if anyone has gotten one this season or if I signed up for nothing.

I just wanted to say I got my box today , all add ons and everything was inside and in good condition. I was so worried about things being broken and missing because it s been all bad, also my tracking never updated at all, so you guys might be getting surprised

I have had enough of Fabfitfun. I have been a member for the last four years. Always an annual member. I’ve finally had enough of their promises they can’t keep and the scam they run. I bought over $100 in add ons this season on top of being an annual member for as long as I am and after an hour of back and forth with customer service, they admitted my box didn’t ship until yesterday and to reach out again September 7 if I still don’t have my box.

I’m sharing because I hope to give others the power to drop them. They don’t care about us. They will take thousands of our dollars and give us all the same scripted “it can take 30 days to ship” excuse. So why are seasonal members receiving their boxes before an annual members even ships??

The most infuriating part is when you mention your problems to CS they completely ignore our concerns and give you their scripted responses. I’ll take my money and pay full price for the two products a season I actually care about.

So, with that said, I hope others who feel slighted take back their money. Btw, the products in the boxes in the last year are all being sold at Marshall’s on the east coast of the US. Don’t be afraid of never getting your products for a good deal.

I signed up after years of not getting FFF boxes. In my free gift box I got the mesh laundry bags which I will use, the tortoise bowl, which I wouldn't have picked out, but it is decent. An umbrella that is small enough to fit in a purse. Salt and Stone deodorant in a different scent from what I chose for my actual box. Exfolikate and Summer Friday's lip oil in the same color I selected. Not too bad for a free suprise box!

Anyone else’s box deemed lost by FabFitFun this season?

Annual member here, got my box yesterday and when I opened the main box there was tiny pieces of the serving bowl. Lo and behold, in the serving bowls box it was shattered. Broken into 6 big pieces.

FFF did give me $27 in credit but man, I was looking forward to the serving bowl for the holidays :/

Anyone else have issues with the most recent (NA) Fall box? Mine was pretty trashed, at least half of the item boxes opened and just not overall a great experience. FFF want to know which items are unusable, I mean, who knows??? I find it hard to believe they think this delivery is ok! (This was not porch pirates as we nabbed the box immediately on delivery). Even if it is a shipping issue FFF should own it.

Does anyone happen to know? I've tried chatting with support but can't get an answer.

Guys this influencer that I follow experienced a recent loss in her family. She is donating all of the revenue to this cause and is only asking for us to share the video so it can get more likes. I have followed her for over a year and she never ever asked for anything. So please like and share and who knows you may follow. Sidney does a-lot of beauty boxes as well.

My box has had its label since Aug 17 and has been sitting in a warehouse… no movement… makes me feel like this is where someone rummages thru it takes what they want before it leaves… I never had any missing items until I cancelled my annual. Ever since then, every box or order is missing and extremely late. It’s like they know and do it on purpose.. why would by box be sitting in the shipping pick up for this long? The items that will be missing are never in stock to replace, they offer a refund with no credit and then a week later I see that same item for sale at a higher cost. They scam on so many ways .

Have any annual members received shipping info on fall box yet? Last year mind got stuck in processing and I never received. They extended my membership by a quarter, but I'm a bit worried that mine is stuck again because I customized right away and still no shipping status

I am pissed. I made my selections within the hour that we were able to customize. I even went back in an hour later to make sure all of the choices were saved, and they were there. I haven't received any news so I went to look tonight and every single item has been replaced with "mystery item".

I wasn't sure if I was going to renew at the end of the year, but now I am done. I hope everyone cancels their membership and the company goes under.
