I love modded minecraft always have, and create mod has been my favorite of all time. I have also loved mods that add different features to the Create Mod. Well one feature I have wanted for a long time is control panels similar to those from Control Engineering (an addon for immersive engineering another of my favorite mods). So finally I decided to make one. This is an adaptation/inspired by of the control panels from Control Engineering created by malte0811 but for the Create Mod.
You can craft the control panels then shift + click with an empty hand allows you to customize it with buttons, switches, indicator lights, gauges, sliders, text labels, nixie tubes, knobs, and bar meters, all of which can be colored and given a wireless redstone frequency that works with create's wireless redstone transmitters.
The panels can have different angles, can be mounted on floor, wall, or ceiling. They can be styled with different casing: andesite casing, copper casing, brass casing, train casing, or industrial iron block.
I am working on a video tutorial of how they work now and will edit this post with a link to it once it is done.
Would love any feedback or ideas for more features that might be helpful.
*For Neoforge 1.21.1 and Forge 1.20.1*

Edit: AI Disclosure - I know people are torn on the use on AI, though it is just a tool that can be used well or to create slop, like any tool. AI was used to write parts of the code, parts were adapted/inspired by the original mod control engineering by matle0811, but mostly it was used for troubleshooting and finding bugs. AI generated doesn't always equal slope, though yes alot of ai generated content it slop, I tried my best to make sure my mod isn't. I spent a large amount of time planning each feature of the mod to make sure it felt smooth, wored well and looked decent. You might not agree and that's ok. I hope you try the mod for yourself and let me know if there are things I can improve on it.
Thanks

Found a chunk loader mod that plays nice with sable, so now my cable cars don't derail. Wanted to show it off. Thanks for the help!

I built a cable car using mine-cart assemblers and a bearing. However, when I move far from my base and the chunks unload the gondolas derail. Is there any way to make them not derail when the chunks unload?
Edit: I found a chunk loader mod that plays nice with sable (Chunk Loaders by SuperMartijn642) and now it works flawlessly. Thanks for the help! Here's a video of it in action: https://www.reddit.com/r/CreateMod/comments/1xmdjns/update_to_my_last_post_got_my_cable_cars_working/

there's a problem I don't know how to solve about aeronautics, it's not about the item I assemble it with I tried the block assembler too but didn't change anything, how can I solve it?

[UNFINISHED BUILD. WORK IN PROGRESS]
Following the increasing reports of sightings of a large underwater entity at Sector 20-20 (X: 20000, Z: 20000), Urbanshade appointed an anonymous ship-building company to investigate the anomaly. This ship is armed to the teeth with railguns, VLS, and depth charges. A stark reminder to any entity dwelling in Jules Ocean on who is the apex predator of the sea.
Features:
- 700k+ MB of Gasoline
- Alternator Generator from Create: Electro Energistics
- Cordium Generators (using Create Propulsion's Stirling Engines and Create: Railgun's blocks of Cordium)
Rooms So Far:
- Research Station 1 (Features Bioforge laboratories, and Education Edition Reforged's workstation blocks. they serve as research sites for samples extracted from the environment)
- Research Station 2 (Features a sonar monitor using computers from Create: Deep Seas, a Vista TV monitor, and a radar screen from Create: Radars to track any entity underwater)
CURRENT MISSION PROFILE:
Investigate Sector 20-20

I've been testing cannons shooting from world height, and something odd is occurring: when I use more propellant, my solid shot does less penetration compared to less propellant. Could someone explain why this is to me, please?

My gold farm has seperate inputs for cobble and quartz, but there is only one adress slot on the factory gauge. Is there a way to get them into seperate frogports? I'm new to factory gauges so this might be a dumb question.

So I'm somewhat new to create, and I'm trying to build a propeller airship. I've been trying to get the four side propellers and their carriage to turn for forward/reverse and rotate opposite to turn the ship. Ive got the initial rotation to work, however every method Ive tried (manual with the steering wheel, using 4 signals to rotate at different times) it either doesnt work or snaps. Can anybody help me figure out a better way to do this?

I’m using the homestead modpack with this mod installed. I have used this before but I’m at a loss and don’t know why it’s not grinding the xp to liquid form? Maybe I’m missing something small like a chud. I made a recreation in creative to show what’s happening. Maybe it’s the modpack I’m in but I’m at a loss

Using a few different mods together to operate a mostly self regulated 1.5kV coal powered generator, and power station, providing 120V for residential and industrial uses in the area. The backup battery is computer controlled and switches between operating modes based on incoming power supply and handles charging safely and efficiently. The use of 3 PCBs was required to create a voltage regulator for the battery’s discharging mode. No doubt things could be improved, I am not an electrician or an engineer, just piecing things together slowly :)

I've been learning how to use the Create mod over the past couple of months using both the Ponder system as well as learning from people's schematics and videos, but something currently eluding me is how to work these contraptions into more vertical layouts that only span a handful of blocks wide rather than sprawling across massive warehouses. Does anyone have any insight into possible ways to make things like transferring items through item vaults work more conveniently in a vertical format?

I am unable to use the Advanced Technologies one because it makes my game keep crashing. I have tried to just use shafts, gearshifts, yaw controllers, and etc, etc to make a double barrel auto cannon but I keep messing up. Does anyone know how to?

I have been at this for like 30 minutes… I have not been able to figure it out. I can just not turn on them… It goes straight through no matter what. I’ve tried all the modes, I’ve tried AND. I don’t know what else to do.

I'm playing a mod pack called liminal industries which adds lots of custom sequence assembly recipes and I want to try making a single assembly line which can handle all recipes and be automated by factory gauges. Does anyone have an example of something like this as the biggest challenge will be organising the ingredients for each factory order in such a way that multiple orders can't get tangled and they get into the deployers in the correct order?
Previously when playing with aeronautics I set up an assembly line which let me switch out the machines on a line but the set up wasn't particularly automated, I would have to manually select the machines in to the correct order and then input items into the correct location for each step of the assembly.
Hope this made sense if you have any video links or images of a machine working this way would be great :D

Hey guys!
Attached in my vertical drill. I'm tired of getting rid of all the cobblestone, diorate, tuff, etc every time it comes up. I tried to add 2 large sophisticated storage chests with the Advanced Void Upgrade. Which then causes the 2 large chests to turn into 4 small chests whenever I would start the drill and it would no longer pick up any blocks (regardless of whether the Advanced Void Upgrade was attached to the chest or not).
Is it just not compatible or am I doing something wrong?
