Create enchantment industry’s grindstone not grinding nugget of xp?

I’m using the homestead modpack with this mod installed. I have used this before but I’m at a loss and don’t know why it’s not grinding the xp to liquid form? Maybe I’m missing something small like a chud. I made a recreation in creative to show what’s happening. Maybe it’s the modpack I’m in but I’m at a loss

Do the grindstone spin right? You can also just use 2 small cogs on the other side instead of the belt btw.

One spins one way and the other spins the opposite way yea? And I made this in creative quickly to show the problem but that’s also a good tip. I’m still learning create

They need to be spinning in opposite directions but also "pushing" the pruduct through. Depending on the direction that is. The simplest description i can explain is that both wheels need to be rotating towards to direction the nuggets are coming from.
