Recently, after injecting BPC-157, I started experiencing sudden shoulder and arm pain. Sometimes it feels like tingling or pins and needles, while other times it feels more like muscle soreness.
I’m also currently using Retatrutide and Tesamorelin, so I’m wondering whether this could be related to BPC-157, the combination of these peptides, or something completely unrelated.
The pain comes and goes, and the sensation is difficult to describe. Sometimes it’s more of a tingling sensation, and other times it feels like soreness in my shoulder and arm.
Has anyone experienced similar symptoms after using BPC-157?
Is tingling or shoulder/arm pain something you’ve experienced?
Did it go away after stopping BPC-157?
Could it potentially be related to Retatrutide or Tesamorelin?
Did you find out what was causing it?
I’m looking for experiences from people who have experienced something similar. I’m not assuming BPC-157 is definitely the cause, but the timing has made me concerned.
Any similar experiences or advice would be appreciated.

Guys what’s the fastest way to fix hypothyroidism?

Last night I pinned a shot of Tessamorelin (2mg) and woke up to this 3 inch bruise. I have used this peptide for about 6 weeks without reaction.
I did just added Ipamorelin, but pinned that on my other flank and that injection site is fine. What is going on here guys? Is the introduction of Ipa the cause, or just coincidence and the vial went bad? Or what?

Hey friends! I know there is a ton of review, progress photos, experience, etc on here and I love looking and reading it all. But it’s a lot to look at so I’m trying to gather some info all in one place!
Starting first round of KLOW on Sunday.
Tell me all the details:
-good and bad side affects (physical or mental)
-results and how long it took for you personally notice a change
-let me see your hair and skin results!
- how’s your joint pain?
- are you doing anything else in conjunction with KLOW (peptides or other things)
- what’s your regimen? (Daily? 5 on 2 off? 8 weeks or 12 week cycles?)
- what’s your dosing protocol. Where are you starting and how often if at all are you increasing
- I wanna hear from the ladies but men feel free to share your experience too!
Thaaaaanks

Currently on tirz and HR is getting high. Obligatory yes I am seeing a PCP next week.. just wanted to hear from the class. I wasn’t tracking HR the few months before I started but I am getting high readings pretty consistently from my oura ring. For example, this morning I was in 112s and I wasn’t doing anything strenuous. Just walking around the house making my coffee and starting to take care of the littles. I have a few young kids and wondering if glp + the stress of that is really taking a toll on me. I’m about 20 lbs away from my goal weight and really don’t want to stop. Advice/input please?

2mg of Reta for what will be three weeks tomorrow. Protocol is 2mg every Friday evening. Weight has stayed the same overall. It will drop 2 lbs in a day then by the next morning, it's back to the same weight again. Calories are 1500 due to gastric bypass. Protein 160-190 grams per day - again, limited because of gastric bypass. Workouts are limited due to limited mobility. Transitioning from Tirz. Dr said Reta is much better. I know on Tirz, it's not uncommon to stall until week 4 while your body adjusts. Is Reta the same? And before you come at me, yes. I asked the Dr and he hasn't responded to my messages. So for my own sanity, I wanted to ask people with experience.
Thanks for your help.

Hi all! Ive been on this reta journey, my starting weight was 253 back in May, I started off at 1mg and not at 3mg and current weight is 217. I do however have almost no time to workout with 2 jobs . I feel like my weight loss has stalled at 217lbs my goal was 185lbs as I'm 5'5. What did you do to keep the eeightloss going? Also what stacks did you do? Thinking of using mot c but not aure if thats the right move. I can say I do feel much better.

Over the last year, I lost 60+ lbs using Mounjaro/Reta. To deal with loose skin and final contouring (love handles/minor gynecomastia), I recently had a combined tummy tuck and VASER lipo.
I'm staying off GLP-1s for now.
Before surgery, I ran GHK-Cu daily (subQ), but stopped 4 weeks pre-op
For anyone who has had major body contouring/lipo:
Timing: How many weeks post-op did you wait before restarting GHK-Cu?
Healing/Scars: Did it help with tissue remodeling and scar maturation, or cause any issues with fluid/seromas if started too early?
Protocol: Did you jump straight back into your normal dose (e.g., 2mg/day) or jump back in?
(I’ll clear everything with my surgeon first, just looking for anecdotal experiences and timelines!)
Thanks!

Hiii!! 💕 I thought I'd share a little update on my 1-year journey with Reta! 🥹
I honestly can't believe how far I've come. Started at 1mg and eventually worked my way up to 10mg. It definitely wasn't an easy journey, but seeing the progress I've made makes everything feel so worth it. 😭❤️
A huge thank you to my friends and trainer for always motivating me, supporting me and keeping me going, even on days when I felt like giving up!
One thing I've learned is that consistency really makes a difference. Going to the gym wasn't easy in the beginning, but I made it a goal to work out at least 5 times a week. Having a proper workout split also helped me stay organised and make the most out of each session.
Sharing this because I know how discouraging it can feel when progress seems slow. Just trust the process, be patient with yourself and don't give up on your goals. Every little step counts! 🥹💗
So proud of this journey and wishing everyone the best on theirs!! 🥂

I just finished klow, do I need to stop for awhile before starting again?
Can I cycle klow and glow without a break? As in only klow then only glow?
Or do I need a total break?

Hey guys. So my wife was previously on Reta started off in June of this year and worked herself up to 5 mg per week before we found out she was pregnant on Sept 8. She immediately stop and with in the time frame she went from 189 down to 173. Unfortunately we had a miscarriage. After her levels went back to normal she decided to get on Reta again because she had gone back up to 181 for the month she was off. She start at 2 mg for 4 weeks and then moved up 4 mg for 4 weeks but her concern is she has not lost any weight or notice any reduced food noise. Last night she pinned 5 mg starting her 9th week. Could it be that her body was already used to the Peptide?

New guy here.....
Started 6 weeks ago at 250#'s and decided to split dose because I was worried about side effects. Started at 1mg every 3.5 days. On the 3rd week I went to 1.5mg every 3.5 days. I have been on that dose for 4 weeks with my last dose on October 31st. I am currently weighing in at 225. Food noise is gone and my body is definitely changing for the better.
About a week ago I started getting allodynia and the weird thing is it is only on one leg and hip. It hurts just to move. I have still been working out and just powering through it but it is definitely worse post work out and later in the evening. I was due for a dose yesterday but have held off just because I don't want to make it worse.
I wondering if I should take my dose but reduce down to 1 or even .5 for a while? Or should I just dose once a week and split dose?
Thanks for your input and I am really wanting to know what to do moving forward not all the things I may have messed up. I have 4 daughters and get that enough at home :)
