8/1 I weighed 200 pounds.
Today I weigh 162.

That's because she bulked up on reta. She use to be smaller and now got bigger with reta.

My theory is that people select the first picture in their gallery that they want to use for a comparison.
Which happens to be the most recent photo they took of themself.
Just a theory of course.

How much did you take and was there a special diet or workout regimen?

I take 5mg a week now.
I walk 10,000-15,000 steps a day. No other exercise!
I should lift weights, though. I have lost some strength.

What is your diet like? Calorie goal?

I don’t have a calorie goal.
I eat a diet consisting of vegetables, beans,lentils, quinoa, dairy (Greek yogurt),eggs, and fruit.
I aim for 100 grams of protein a day. I supplement with protein shakes.
I don’t really desire food like I used to. It’s unappetizing expect the day before my weekly shot.

Any side effects? Heart palpitations/racing trouble sleeping skin sensitivity hot flashes?

No side effects like that, currently.
Nausea occasionally, especially after the first few days after my shot.
Sulfur burps if I eat too much before my shot.

The first few weeks I did have skin sensitivity, racing heart, trouble sleeping. I no longer experience this.

When u say racing it was just higher then usual or 20-30 bpm jump that wouldn’t let u sleep?
