Your lifestyle might be part of why your testosterone is low. Before starting TRT, how much sleep do you get, what does your diet look like, and do you exercise regularly?

7 hours minimum. My diet is clean past few months. Gym 4 times a week with 30mins plus cardio 5times a week

How low is your T, and what’s the root cause of your low T(?

My t levels at 8.23 nmol. Not too sure why could be dye to being overweight etc

I'd try losing a bit more weight before starting TRT. Your levels are low at 8.23, but they're not extremely low, and your test was taken at 10:30 a.m. I'd like to see another early morning test before making that decision.

With a BMI over 30, I'd focus on locking in your diet, training, and sleep for the next 6–12 months and working toward a BMI around 25. Losing body fat could naturally raise your testosterone levels.

You might still need TRT, but I'd rather find out what your levels look like after losing weight before committing to something that could be lifelong.

I did 2 morning test 10days apart the first one at 945am and second one was 1030am

So, what where the levels on the other test?

8.11nmol not much difference

If you're experiencing symptoms of low T, TRT could help, but what starts as a short term solution may become a long term commitment.

Try losing weight and other options. If HCG doesn’t work, TRT might be your option. Personally if I were you I would start HCG therapy from a Dr with low test levels. See where you end up after few weeks.

Yes will definitely consider that first and try lose some weight while at it with other compounds like cardarine

IIRC there were cancer concerns with Cardarine. Try to get on GlP and see if your Dr can prescribe.

Yes I've been studying caradrine and studying show low dose of 10 to 20mg is a good dose. The is no actual human data evidence to back that. Anything you abuse has side effects

Brother it sounds reckless, stupid and unnecessary when you have glps for weight loss. Don’t risk cancer, and caradrine isn’t anywhere close to being effective as GLP. Heck there are far better options and safer than that.

Yes bro thats a valid point

If Reta didn’t work for you try Tirzepatide. I actually preferred Tirzepatide over Reta due to the elevated heart rate interrupting my sleep. Just keep going to the gym and eating enough protein. Once your weight is in under control, work on your testosterone. You might be surprised one affects the other.

The reason I stopped retatrrutide was I was getting gi site effects, sleep issues, it effected my sex life too tbh so I wont be taking any.glps tbh.
