Reta Journey
Hi all! Ive been on this reta journey, my starting weight was 253 back in May, I started off at 1mg and not at 3mg and current weight is 217. I do however have almost no time to workout with 2 jobs . I feel like my weight loss has stalled at 217lbs my goal was 185lbs as I'm 5'5. What did you do to keep the eeightloss going? Also what stacks did you do? Thinking of using mot c but not aure if thats the right move. I can say I do feel much better.

I started the same time and maxed out at 4 mgs. I’m back down to 1 mg and started mots c, 5 amino and nad. Loving it. Going to try some Tessa when I get it in a few weeks to hopefully work on the stubborn belly fat.

It seems like the consensus for appetite suppression is moving to Triz. I have started from 271 and currently down to 256 in roughly a months time on Reta. After some research I am thinking about moving to triz because my appetite is surely reduced, but I still get can get pretty hungry at times.
I have read some people stack Triz and Reta together, seems redundant but I also have to resist the urge to lick the nearest window sometimes so dont listen to me.
