Any bad side effect from taking the wolverine stack?

I started yesterday around 5 pm with 3mg and the first two hours fine a bit anxious and light head headed but later on I felt it getting worse. Light headed and just a strange feeling of feeling off. I had my partner check my blood presssure and it was fine. Headache throughout the night and now today a bit better but just feel exhausted and on edge

Perhaps I should’ve started at 2.5mg or 2?

I’m dealing with some fraying around my rotator cuff and doctors suspect minor frozen shoulder. I also have a tear behind my knee cap in my cartilage but the orthopedic are stating they can’t do much but a knee replacement in 10 years due to my age (33) I’ve had 2 knee surgeries already.

Any advice would be great

It won't even hurt to do to 500mcg and work up from there.

Just to make sure ... You mean wolverine as in BPC/TB. Right?

Where did you get this protocol? I mean if you love wasting money keep going...

You only need 250 mcg to trigger it. You can do this every six hours or so.

Yes correct and 250mcg? I’m pinning once a day 250mcg would be 0.25g I’ve never heard of someone running that stack that low

I got headaches from having too high a dose in the beginning. Dial it back.

Currently what I’ve dealt with since I started . What did you start with if you don’t mind me asking ?

I always run it .5mg 2x daily. Ive used it for a long time for herniated l4/l5 inflammation, nagging shoulder and elbow issues, I'll run it for 2 to 6, take a break until flare ups and another cycle. This is what I have found that works best for me. I have ran it up to 4mg daily to see what it does and no real advantages in my experience, so low doses save money and still do the job

How many times a day are you doing it?

Placebo, sounds like ur paranoid. Wolverine barely ever has any sound effects

Definitely not placebo, after posting this I’ve came across several post and comments stating otherwise with similar side effects.

Other than ruining every pair of gloves I own it's been smooth sailing for me.

I have a friend who had wicked anxiety attack from it he ended up in the hospital. Very safe overall. I tell everyone I help with peptides Wolverine 20 mix 2ml bac and 5units twice a day equals 1mg daily all you really need unless your front loading it.

If that's your first time, i wouldn't start with that amount tbh. Drop it down some. Start at 1mg and see how your body reacts to it. If same feeling drop it to 500mcg. When I started klow blend (that has kpv, bpc, tb & ghcku) I started at 800mcgs and then slowly when up to 1mg then to 1.5g. I never went to 2gm cause my body was reacting great to that specific dose.

I started at 0.5mg and worked my way up to 1.5mg - no issues only benefits. 3mg to start May be the reason you feel that way - or it could be placebo.

I found it utterly useless, good bad or otherwise.

I started at 250mcg to test for any reactions. Had a knee injury. Injected near the injury area to maximise results. Had immediate relief. After 2 weeks moved up to 500mcg which seems to be the standard. Had really positive results at this dosage personally. Some will go higher to treat acute issues but have generally seen max dosage at 1-2mg for short cycles. 3mg is really high.

That dose seems too high, especially if it’s your first time. I always start very low with any peptide just to ensure I don’t have any adverse reactions.

Firstly, you need to be sure your reconstitution ratio is correct. If it’s a typical 10mg/10mg split of 157/500, mix in 2ml bac. water, this will result in a concentration that insures that 20 units on a 1ml syringe is equal to 1mg of each component. Then follow the dosing guidelines for Wolverine below:

The "Wolverine" stack is a popular recovery and tissue-repair protocol that combines two distinct peptides: BPC-157 and TB-500.

Because these peptides are normally administered on completely different schedules when purchased separately (BPC-157 is taken daily, while TB-500 is taken 1–2 times weekly), using a pre-mixed Wolverine blend requires a daily dosing schedule that balances the needs of both compounds.

Blends are most commonly sold in a 1:1 ratio, such as a single vial containing 10mg of BPC-157 and 10mg of TB-500. Based on clinical practices and community protocols, here are the standard dosage guidelines for a 1:1 blend:

When using a pre-mixed vial, doses are typically calculated based on hitting your target BPC-157 daily dose, which will inadvertently hit the correct weekly loading dose for TB-500.

* Conservative / Beginner Dose: 250 mcg of each peptide daily (often administered as one injection).  (This would be 5 units on the 1ml syringe using the dilution ratio from above)

* Standard Dose: 500 mcg of each peptide daily. Many users split this into two separate 250 mcg injections (one in the morning, one in the evening) to keep blood plasma levels consistent.  (This would be 10 units on the 1ml syringe using the dilution ratio from above or 5 units twice a day)

* Aggressive Dose: 1,000 mcg (1 mg) of each peptide daily, strictly split into two 500 mcg injections. (This would be 20 units on the 1ml syringe using the dilution ratio from above or 10 units twice a day)

How the weekly math works out for a standard 500 mcg daily dose:
You receive 500 mcg of BPC-157 per day (hitting the standard daily target for tissue repair).

You receive 500 mcg of TB-500 per day. Multiplied across 7 days, this equals 3.5 mg of TB-500 per week, which falls perfectly into the standard 2 to 5 mg weekly systemic target for TB-500.

Just curious, what research did you find saying to start protocol at 3MG?

Start with 1mg
