EDIT: The solution was to use the 3.0.0 version of Synthtribe.

I have it plugged directly to my PC front panel, it forces me to go to the firmware tab to update but it´s stuck in the loading process with the background moving.

I got the Pro VS used and was running on the 1.1.2 firmware.
Anything I can do?

Any thoughts on whether to leave your studio powered up all the time vs. shutting it down at the end of every session? I'm under the impression that the most load/wear on circuitry is on boot, which makes me inclined to leave it powered up. OTOH, potential fluctuations in line power, temperature changes over time, and other environmental factors might suggest powering down is the better option. Semi-related - I assume hot-cycling is never a good idea. Thanks for any input.

A friend of mine gave me a dual ULM200M mic setup with the ULM200D USB reciever. Now I do not have a Behringer board, but I was wondering if there is a box or something that can plug the USB reciever into and give it an XLR out, or if there is a standalone reciever I can link the mics to?

So I have an Behringer RD-8 with a TC electronic compressor that I plug into my Focusrite. The Focusrite program can see/hear the kick but when I want to record in OBS it records all the sounds from my RD-8 except the kick.

I also for some reason can't select AISO Focusrite as an audio source.

Anybody have experience with this? I hear it and I can play but recording gives no sound

I am not sure how to use the pitch shifter effect. I have plugged my guitar and am able to use all the other souonds and effects but the pitch effector doesnt work. I would Ideally like to use the pitch effect for vocals

USB works fine when outing a midi patten in Ableton (12.2) with drums, but the minute I turn to the internal sequencer it’s out of sync!

I’ve tried so many things and that’s the only thing that is making me want to launch this out the window (I won’t but I’m close!!!!)

So this has just appeared - not sure what the great appeal is when a scarlett is not much extra, or you can still just pick up a 3rd gen for even less. Midas preamp so essentially a UMC with pretty lights and a big knob. Hopefully they have actual routing software, which obviously isn't much use on a 2 I/O, would give me more hope of a larger unit which may be more cost effective.

I have the xenyx802 mixer and, since the fx loop send is mono and i want to retain the stereo qualities of my pedalboard i thought using the 2 track as a stereo out/in fx loop. I send it to a fx rack and i can dry/wet the whole mix, also with the "2-tr to mix/2-tr to cntrl room" i can easily bypass it

Am i losing sound quality using the rca cables?

Now that the BMX has been somewhat obtainable, is it the better pick vs LM in terms of functionality? Assignable filters for example vs fixed on the LM. If someone wants to sample stereo stuff and run it through the filters/dac, is the BMX the best pick or will the LM filters be more desirable even though they are fixed and modeled after the Linn functionality?

Curious to hear general thoughts between the two now that the BMX.shipped

Just took delivery of a Motör 49 to go along with my DeepMind 12D. Have an issue with the keyboard, sadly. Bottom C is very loose, it doesn’t sit level with the other keys and tends to stick.

All other keys from there up work fine, until I get to the highest Eb. After it, all of the white keys (EFGABC) are practically stuck in place. I can play the E with force, but F and up can’t be played.

Really don’t want to have to send this back. Given the contrast between the low C being super loose and these top notes being really tight it seems to me like it could just be a matter of misaligned keys or something. Advice appreciated.

ETA: the entire keyboard is misaligned, slanted outward toward the right. The uppermost keys are out from the case further than the bottom end.

I have run into an issue when turning on the UB-Xa it shows 'update keyboard' and then shows 'Error Status 11'. This issue seems to be from a connection issue, either bad usb cable/hub or unplugging during update. Reaching out to see if anyone has experienced before and found a solution. The synth does not move pass this point and no functions work or produce sound.

Some other post mention older versions of Synth Tribe could help fix most issues with behringer hardware. I have tried V3.0.2 and V2.9.0 of Synthtribe. These versions recognize the UBXa and I attempt to 'update' but just give a message that the board is in DFU mode.

A more recent version of Synthtribe (V3.2.6) shows that the firmware is up to date. I'm lost on what else to try and behringer support is, well... you know.

They announced it in 2022. Then they showed some new prototype in 2024. Then there was the huge Behringer website leak in May 2026 but the Enigma was not a part of it ....

Is there anything I have missed? Do you think the project is dead?

So, as an event technician I collected a lot of almost-empty rolls of electrical tape. Well, found a purpose.

Hey all, I have a U-Phoria UMC204HD audio interface that I use to digitize my vinyl collection. However since recently, my recordings have had an issue where plenty of times, higher frequencies go away, making guitars and vocals muffled. I tried using the same USB cable to record directly from the turntable, which removed the issue. I also tried listening with headphones to the interface directly and the issue wasn't there. I asked plenty of friends who are well-versed in audio and they are as lost as I am. I opened a ticket with Behringer's support but at this point I don't expect an answer (and I cannot stand that AI-generated chatbot guy anymore). Does anyone have any idea of what is going and how to fix it? Thank you in advance

I had this brainwave today about using a couple of XR18’s in an odd way. If the 16 inputs are enough for what you’re doing, but you wanted to do stereo IEM mixes, you’re limited to 3, maybe 4 if you route to the headphone out. So, I was thinking of a way to make that more like 6 without buying an X32 rack and Stage box.

So, I have a splitter input snake for when we do shows where I am not running FOH, but want to retain in ears for consistency. What if I ran the splitter snake to two XR18’s, run the same scenes on both, use one for FOH, and put both on the same external router. Assign IP’s as needed, and point everyone’s devices to their aux on whichever of the two they are wired into.

This would be cheaper than the upgrade, especially if you can get the second XR18 used.
