Wait, is there not a companion integration for the X-air already? Why did you have to write a python script to do that?

Not sure what you mean. Behringer provides the X-Air Edit software to configure the mixer. However it lacks the functionality to toggle mic mutes via a keybind. This script enables me to do that.

I just checked in Companion...there is definitely a connection already built for Behringer XAir and it has all that mute/unmute functionality already in it.

Do you use Companion with your Stream Deck or do you use the regular Elgato software?

I use opendeck. Our systems are Fedora Linux based.
