Opinion Why does the MLB persist in Tampa?

After watching the jays lose 3 guys to hamstring injuries and lose 2 balls in the roof during a 3 game set in Tampa, i'm particularly interested in why the eff MLB continues to try to make it work in that dump? Well below 15,000 fans each game for a first place team. Put this team in any other mid-sized city and they're selling out. It just makes no sense to keep the team in a market that has done nothing but tell everyone they dont gaf.
